Abstract: A dental application device having a handle having a first end, a second end, and a containment chamber disposed within the handle. The device has a dental solution disposed within the containment chamber, a receiver tip coupled to the handle at the first end, a material passage within the receiver tip that forms a conduit between the first end and a receiving end, a frangible seal that separates the containment chamber from the material passage, and a piercing cannula in fluid communication with an applicator tip and having a distal piercing end extending toward the frangible seal. The piercing cannula is moveable between a first position and a second position. When in the first position, the piercing end is spaced apart from the frangible seal, and in the second position, the piercing end punctures the frangible seal and fluidly connects the dental solution with the applicator tip.

Abstract: A care instrument arranges a storage container and a peristaltic pump, with the storage container accommodating the care product, the peristaltic pump being configured to draw the care product from the storage container and deliver the care product to a surface of a housing. In this way, a user can apply care products while using the care instrument. By controlling the peristaltic pump by the control component, the care product is delivered to the surface of the housing in a timed and quantitative manner for precise and accurate delivery of the care product. The massaging component and the peristaltic pump can operate independently. When only the massaging component works independently, the care instrument functions in massaging, and when the massaging component and the peristaltic pump work together, the care product delivered to the surface of the housing may be further uniformly dispersed by the massaging component.

Abstract: A dispensing toothbrush assembly includes a handle that has a toothpaste well integrated therein. A toothpaste tube is insertable into the toothpaste well in the handle and the toothpaste tube contains a toothpaste. A brush head is removably attachable to the handle and the brush head is in fluid communication with the toothpaste tube when the brush head is removably attached to the handle. The brush head has a conduit integrated therein for receiving the toothpaste contained in the toothpaste tube. A pump is movably coupled to the handle and the pump compresses the toothpaste tube when the pump is manipulated for urging the toothpaste outwardly from the toothpaste tube and into the conduit. A spool of dental floss is removably attachable to the handle for dispensing dental floss outwardly therefrom. A pick is coupled to and extends away from the spool of dental floss.

The head may include a base structure and a monolithic cleaning unit. The monolithic cleaning unit may include a block portion extending from a front surface of the base structure and a plurality of protuberances extending from a distal end of the block portion. The block portion may have a greater height than the protuberances. The protuberances may include central protuberances that extend from a distal surface of the block portion and peripheral protuberances that surround the block portion and extend from the front surface of the base structure. The monolithic cleaning unit may include ribs extending between adjacently positioned protuberances. The oral care implement may be suitable for babies.

Abstract: A cosmetic dispenser includes a translucent reservoir sandwiched in-between a shelled wall and a solid wall of an opaque housing. The shelled wall provides exposure to a portion of the translucent reservoir, the exposed portion of the translucent reservoir defines a flexible wall. The translucent reservoir being formed of a substantially more supple material than the opaque housing, thereby providing the flexible wall to displace a portion of product stored in the translucent reservoir.

Abstract: In the liquid cosmetic container of the present invention, the operation portion 2 is provided on side surface of the container body 1. When the operation portion is pressed from the outside, the valve body 5 seating on the valve seat portion 6a is moved in the axial direction by the valve pressing portion 6h and seats away from the valve seat portion 6a, so that the flow path, in which the liquid cosmetic flows, is opened and then, the liquid cosmetic is supplied to the application body 4. Thus, it is not necessary to push the application body into the container 1. Further, the opening/closing of the flow path are performed by moving the valve body 5 in the axial direction by pressing the operation portions from the outside, so that the diameter of the container body 1 can be reduced, comparing with the conventional container.

A liquid may be sucked into a tank by releasing the coupling of the main body and the tip shaft, sinking a tip end opening of the main body in the liquid, and sliding a sliding cylinder attached to the rear portion of the main body.

The multi-layered tip comprises a translucent outer tip molded about an opaque inner tip. The sponge has a peripheral edge that faces inward facing surfaces of elastomeric formations of the crenellated ring. The elastomeric formations are each separated from each other in succession. A core piece has an end inserted into the end member and an applying head extends through a passage in the core piece. A cap is threadedly connected to the soft tube to protect the applying head. When the cap is connected to the soft tube, the passage of the core piece is sealed by the engaging portion to prevent air and cosmetic material from entering the soft tube. When the cap is removed from the soft tube, the core piece is moved and the engaging portion is disengaged from the passage.

The handle has a resilient contractible connector for secure mounting of the replaceable brush head.

The three components are a porous nib, a transfer wick and a squeezable container. Operation relies on different squeeze pressures applied to the housing to produce different line widths from the single nib as the nib is moved across a marked surface. The porous wick provides a resistance to flow until the bottle is squeezed and then supplies a minimum of capillary flow to the nib. The user squeezes the container to overcome the resistance of the wick. No venting of the container interior is required because the wick and nib system allows the passage of air into the container when the container is returned to its unstressed (i.e., un-squeezed) condition.

The applicator is attached to an end portion of a slender elongated tubular member with a single or plurality of ball and socket joints. In a first aspect of the invention, when the reservoir is squeezed, a portion of a stored liquid is dispersed through an open cell pad. In a second aspect, when the reservoir is squeezed, a portion of a stored liquid is dispersed through a plurality of small apertures. The elongated tubular member and ball and socket joints allow a user to apply the health and beauty products to difficult and heretofore inaccessible body areas.

Abstract: A toothbrush apparatus for dispensing toothpaste to the bristles having a generally hollow head portion attached to a generally hollow receiving portion, capable of receiving and supporting a paste cartridge. The toothbrush also contains a handle portion, which is attached to the receiving portion at the opposite side of the head portion. The handle portion contains a plunger and a sliding button configured such that the plunger is located inside the head portion and is capable of sliding in and out of said head portion and receiving portion. A paste cartridge containing paste and having a hole and a stopper located at opposite ends is placed in the receiving portion such that the hole of the paste cartridge is connected to the head portion of the device. When the sliding button slides towards the head portion, the plunger moves inside the paste cartridge forcing the stopper to move towards the head portion and forcing paste from the cartridge toward the head portion and to the bristles of the toothbrush.

The refilling apparatus has a mechanism for clasping the detachable nozzle when not in use.

Abstract: A pump toothbrush includes a brush portion, a grip portion and an intermediate arm portion. The grip portion includes a container portion for dental cleansing medium and is connected to the brush portion by way of a pump device to feed the dental cleansing medium into the brush portion through the intermediate arm portion. The pump device includes a frame portion that is arranged between the container portion and the arm portion. The frame portion is provided with a recess located perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal axis of the pump toothbrush. An adjusting body forming an inner portion of the pump device is fitted into the recess in the frame portion. The adjusting body possesses an axial outwards open intermediate space that functions as a chamber in the pump device. The intermediate space in the adjusting body is closed by a flexible pressure membrane.

Abstract: Embodiments of a disposable toothbrush are described, which have a self-contained dentifrice package which is kept unopened until the moment of desired use. The toothbrush has a soft, flexible plastic head for breaking the dentifrice package and sharp, hollow tubes or needles for distributing the dentifrice to the bristles. The toothbrush is ergonomically designed to fit hand and mouth with smooth, comfortable edges and outer surfaces and to prevent choking hazards by positively fastening parts. It is further designed to look generally like a fountain pen so it can be more comfortably carried and, thus, more available and useful.
