Abstract: A spray cap system is described that can enable a user to more consistently and accurately dispense and work with the contents of a spray can. The system includes a spray cap, spray button, spray nozzle, implement holder, and an implement (such as a brush, a foam pad applicator, or a sponge). By using the spray cap system, a user may achieve a more optimal discharge pattern of the contents of the can with a more efficient and optimal coverage of a surface. In addition, the user may utilize the implement while it is attached to the spray cap or remove the implement to use the implement independently. The spray cap system provides versatility to a user by enabling the user to spray the contents of the spray can regardless of whether the implement is attached to the spray cap.

Abstract: A cleansing workpiece suitable for use with a personal care appliance. The cleansing workpiece includes a cleanser and a cleansing component, such as a number of tufts each having a plurality of bristles. In use, the cleansing workpiece can be rotated, reciprocated, oscillated, etc., over a subject's skin in order for the cleansing workpiece to dispense or apply a quantity of the cleanser onto the subject's skin and/or for the cleansing component to clean, massage, and/or exfoliate a subject's skin with the aid of dispensed cleanser. The cleanser may be continuously applied to the subject's skin as the cleansing component.

Abstract: A packaging and application device includes a first container which can contain a first product, with the first container including a deformable wall, so as to enable the first product to be dispensed through a first dispensing orifice. The device further includes a second container which can contain a second product, with the second container including a deformable wall, so as to enable the second product to be dispensed through a second dispensing orifice. According to an example, a coupling arrangement is mounted on the containers and joins the first and second containers together. The first and second dispensing orifices emerge separately at the level of a first application surface and a second application surface respectively, and the first and second containers are configured so as to be able to be actuated independently of one another.

Abstract: An assembly structured to restrict contamination of individuals from association with the heads of stethoscope comprising a housing including a path of travel along which the head portion passes. Different embodiments include the dispensing of cleaning fluid or the delivery of protective barriers onto predetermined portions of the stethoscope heads, while passing along the path of travel. A dispenser assembly and a cooperatively disposed activating assembly are manually operated by moveable, driving engagement with the head portion passing through the housing. The activating assembly is thereby operatively positioned to activate the dispenser assembly when engaged by a head passing along the path of travel. Differently structured dispenser assemblies function to either deliver the cleaning fluid or individually dispense the barriers onto different heads, so as to either facilitate the cleaning or protective covering of exposed surfaces of the stethoscope heads, dependent on the embodiment utilized.

Abstract: An assembly structured to clean the head portion of a stethoscope comprising a housing including a path of travel along which the head portion passes during cleaning. A supply of cleaning fluid is associated with a dispenser assembly which is cooperatively disposed relative to an activating assembly. The activating assembly is manually operated due to moveable engagement with the head portion as it travels along the path of travel. The activating assembly is thereby operatively positioned to activate the dispenser assembly when engaged by the head portion as it passes along the path of travel. The dispenser assembly delivers the cleaning fluid to an applicator assembly which distributes the cleaning fluid to the head portion and facilitates the cleaning thereof and removal of excess cleaning fluid there from.

The toothbrush shaft according to the present invention may relate both to a manual toothbrush, i.e. a toothbrush where an operator manually performs the brushing motion, or to an electrical toothbrush, i.e. a toothbrush where the motion of the brush head is generated by an electrical power source. The polishing member (7) is intended to be detachably mounted on the brush head, and includes a cup shaped portion (9; 109), in which the element (15) of microfibre fabric is received.

A car washer can wash the car with one hand using the device. A valve may be provided to control the flow rate of the water.

Abstract: A lotion applicator with a hinged extension arm includes an upper extension arm formed as an elongated cylindrical member with an upper region and a lower region. The lowermost extent of the lower region includes a coupling device for attachment thereto. A lower extension arm is formed as an elongated cylindrical member having an upper region and a lower region. The uppermost extent of the upper region includes a coupling device for attachment thereto. The lowermost extent of the lower region is formed in an L-shaped configuration. A coupling screw is adapted to couple the upper extension arm to the lower extension arm at their respective coupling devices. An open cell foam sponge is shaped in a generally planar, oval configuration with an upper surface and a lower surface. The sponge includes a middle section with a small thickness and rounded ends with a large thickness. A sponge coupling mechanism joins the lowermost extent of the lower extension arm to the upper surface of the sponge.

Firm bristles are affixed to and face downwardly on each support. A shampoo solution dispenser is on the frame for dispensing the shampoo solution directly to a scalp of a person so that the bristles will foam the shampoo solution and massage the scalp to stimulate the hair roots.

The first wiping means is in the nature of a rubber squeegee and the second wiping means is in the nature of an abrasive pad which is movable between a first inoperative position and a second operative position in contact with the window surface.

Abstract: A drip and splatter proof paint applicator is provided. The paint is placed and contained within a housing so as to be dispensed therefrom by an endless belt paint roller unit. The paint roller unit can be quickly disengaged therefrom so that the residue paint within the housing and on the paint roller unit can be cleaned after each use.

Abstract: A skiving and roller burnishing tool for finishing the internal surface of a cylindrical bore includes a cutting assembly and a pair of roller burnishing assemblies. Each roller assembly includes a plurality of frustoconical rollers mounted on a frustoconical bearing surface. By translating the individual rollers axially, the effective diameter of the outer surfaces of the roller can be changed. By applying a constant force on the rollers, the two roller assemblies hold the tool firmly in place inside the work piece, preventing accidental misalignment of the cutting tool. It has been found that this workpiece is particularly well suited for finishing relatively long bores.

Abstract: An oil mop employing oil-saturable wiping assemblies is described. The assemblies are fed from a reservoir made up of non-saturable cords and batting. This reservoir is supplied from a primary storage volume contained in a hollow mop handle through a non-saturable wick connecting the handle with the reservoir.

Abstract: A toner applicator comprising a housing for containment of toner, at least one free-moving weight within said housing for breaking up toner aggregates and agitating the toner, separable pad members forming a bottom wall of the housing and releasing said toner upon separation thereof, and said members being hingedly mounted whereby to adapt to distributing a mound of said released toner across an image area to be developed of a surface having imagewise tacky and nontacky areas.
