  • Patent number: 11971027
Abstract: An air compressor is received in an accommodation box and contains a body, a cylinder, a motor, and a transmission mechanism. The body includes a first positioning orifice and a second positioning orifice. The cylinder is connected on the body and communicates with an air storage holder. The motor is fixed on the body, a small gear is received in the first positioning orifice, and a connection seat is accommodated in the first orifice. The transmission mechanism actuates a piston to move in the cylinder reciprocately so as to produce compressed airs. The motor includes at least one locking extension for engaging the motor with the body, hence the motor is fixed on the body securely without using any screws.

  • Patent number: 11732461
Abstract: An article to suppress cracking of drywall at interior corners features a thin metal brace that includes a piece of sheet metal between 3 and 30 gauge thickness. If the device as-produced or as-received starts out as a flat sheet of metal, the base or flange of the device is then bent at about a 90 degree angle with respect to the rest of the device—the tongue. When the base or flange is then placed flat along the side of a stud or framing, the tongue of the device will then lie flat or flush along the front side of the stud, but at an angle, for example, 45 degrees, with respect to the longitudinal axis of the stud. In a door or window frame, another stud will intersect the first stud at a right angle. Where the tongue crosses this second stud, the tongue may be fastened to this second stud. In another embodiment, the tongue may be bent or folded over and fastened to the side of the stud. This device can be fastened with screws, nails, or staples, as well as a pressed gang plate system.

Thus, a mounting structure is provided whose manufacture is relatively easy and cost-efficient.

  • Patent number: 6817153
Abstract: A cornerboard assembly comprises an interlocking, opposite direction joint between cornerboard millwork components. Dual male members extend from the end of one of the respective components, forming an opening between the members. The male members and opening formed between the members have planar outer surfaces. The second component comprises an end with a single male member which is configured to be inserted into the opening of the first component. The male member of the second component and the other surfaces at this end also have planar outer surfaces. The planar outer surfaces of the two cornerboards components are configured to be positioned adjacent to each other, in surface to surface contact. An exterior construction glue or similar adhesive is placed on the planar surfaces to fixedly and permanently secure the components.

Abstract: A connection system for securing structural members such as posts and beams together with all connection components hidden within the structural members. Cylindrical connectors fit in apertures in the members. Each connector has transverse holes and end holes, at least some of which are threaded. Each connector is secured in the aperture by bolts or pins extending through aligned holes in a member and a transverse hole. Bolts and pins extend through one structural member into holes in the connectors in the second members to secure the members together. In some embodiments, two cooperating cylindrical connectors are secured in two apertures in ends of structural members, with bolts extending between the two connectors to secure them and the structural members together.

Abstract: A rack for a switch cabinet, having frame pieces which in the floor area of the switch cabinet form a base frame surrounding an opening which can be closed by base panels. The base frame can be or is connected to a base. By simple, lengthened U-profile frame sections and corner elements configured as bent, cut pieces, a simple, economical base frame for the rack is created which requires little space and can be used for fastening the base panels directly without the need for additional structured supporting shapes.

  • Patent number: 6393676
Abstract: An improved picture frame clamp assembly includes an L-shaped screw plate, and an L-shaped backing plate. Both plates are elastically secured to each other by an elastic member, resulting in an L-shaped clamp assembly with the screw plate shifted slightly with respect to the backing plate. The screw plate and the backing plate each include two legs. Each of these legs are sized to fit within a receiving channel of a picture frame section. The magnitude of offset between the screw plate and the backing plate is preferably such that the sum of this offset distance and the width of the legs is equal to or larger than the width of the receiving channel. This arrangement ensures that upon insertion into the receiving channel of a frame section, the screw plate will be biased against an inside wall of the receiving channel, while the backing plate will be biased against an opposing wall of the receiving channel due to the spring bias of the elastic member.

Abstract: A spacer frame is disclosed having a polygonal, preferably mainly square frame where the frame surrounds glass panes of a sealed glass window unit by forming an upper and a lower horizontal part, at least two side parts, all of which form at least one linear listing or frame. The frame additionally has corresponding asymmetric corner keys and symmetric corner keys, each having legs. The upper horizontal part of the spacer frame preferably has a design which facilitates installation of a mechanism for a blind or pleated sheet which can be fixed underneath the spacer frame thereby hanging between respective panes of the sealed glass unit. The asymmetric corner-keys are connected with one leg to spacer elements and the other leg to the upper horizontal spacer listing elements which has two profile elements. In connection with the spacer element permanent magnets are located in two identical sets positioned on each side of an inner glass pane of the sealed unit.
