  • Patent number: 10478645
Abstract: A removable anchoring device comprising a fixed first part with an expansion head, and a movable second control part having wedging half-rings and a gripping knob associated with a stop and a spring. The stop is arranged on the fixed first part and is movable with respect to the gripping knob by a relative translational movement to disable any release command in a predefined position. The gripping knob is thus able to occupy a first axial adjustment position offset from the stop to indicate the non-locked state enabling the release command, and is movable to a second axial adjustment position in engagement against the stop to indicate the locked state and to disable said release command.

Abstract: An apparatus for anchoring at least two graft ligaments within a longitudinal bone tunnel includes a longitudinal sleeve having at least two ligament-contacting surfaces located in lateral opposition to a sleeve inner lumen. The sleeve is configured for at least partial insertion into the bone tunnel with each graft ligament positioned laterally adjacent a different ligament-contacting surface and at least partially located between the bone tunnel and the sleeve. Abstract: An anchor bolt assembly having a generally cylindrical grip end spaced from an actuating end. The grip end has two relatively movable mating portions each having at least one complementary ramp surface. The actuating end is used to move a movable mating portion relative to a fixed mating portion in a longitudinal direction. Actuation will cause the movable mating portion to slide relative to the static mating portion and apply radial pressure at the grip end of the anchor bolt assembly remote from the actuating end. The grip end has a roughened surface on the static mating portion while the movable mating portion is smooth. The anchor bolt assembly is particularly suitable for use in tapered holes formed in concrete.

Abstract: A fastening element assembly for insertion into a prepared borehole is made up of a tie bolt and an expanding wedge. The tie bolt has a C-shaped flange formed on its trailing end which projects radially and circumferentially from the tie bolt. The projecting ends of the flange form a guide for the expanding wedge as the wedge is driven into a borehole in converting the assembly from its unspread condition into locked engagement within the borehole. Preferably, the circumferential surface of the tie bolt and the expanding wedge each form part of a circle. In the unspread condition, the circumferential surfaces of the parts of the tie bolt and expanding wedge disposed in surface contact with one another, form a circle.
