Including Serial Radial Flow Blade Sets And Intermediate Stationary Flow Diverter(s) Patents (Class 415/199.1)
  • Publication number: 20070224039
Abstract: A serial fan assembly includes a first fan, a second fan and at least one air-guiding structure. The first and second fans are arranged in serial, and the air-guiding structure is disposed therebetween, for guiding an airflow to follow a direction parallel to an axial direction of the serial fan assembly when the airflow exits from the first fan and enters the second fan, thereby increasing air volume and air pressure of the serial fan assembly and reducing noise during operation. Also, power loss is compensated, and flexibility of assembly and fabrication are improved.

  • Patent number: 7214031
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for a versatile, multi-stage, centrifugal fluids-processing device adaptable to efficiently mixing, blending, emulsifying, deagglomerating or homogenizing fluids. The device comprises a centrifugal-pump-type mechanism comprising an electric motor, an intake screen, an elongate metal body, a central drive shaft extending from the motor to the discharge end of the device. Attached internally to the drive shaft is one impellor per stage, which by rotation of the motor, imparts kinetic energy to the fluid being processed. The fluid discharged from the impellors passes through separate conduits and opposing nozzles into opposite ends of a chamber having the internal shape of an oblate-spheroid with internally-ribbed ceramic walls.

Abstract: The present invention is a radial fan having an axial fan blade configuration. The present invention comprises a hub; a first set of blades around the hub; and a second set of blades on the extending part. Therein, the hub comprises a hollow at the center, an axle, a guiding part and an extending part. The gaps are each between every two adjacent blades of the second blade set, having the same distance between every two adjacent gaps. The second set of blades comprises a plurality of blades around outside of the first set of blade and a ring connected with the blades. Accordingly, the structure of the blades may increase the wind pressure, reduce the energy loss by the blade rotation and raise the work efficiency of the blades while the noise is lessened and the working current is lowered.
