Abstract: A strengthened firearm includes at least one metal/composite material formed into at least one firearm component, and a polymer/composite material combined with the at least one firearm component. The metal/composite material replaces the polymer/composite material in a specific area or component of the firearm that may be weak or tend to fail earlier than other areas or components of a polymer/composite firearm. The method of combining the multiple materials allows for additional strength in the firearm.

Abstract: The invention is directed toward a butt stock assembly for a firearm. The butt stock assembly comprises a front cap, a base, a center frame, a tube housing, a release lever, a locking pin, a rotation pin, and a spring. The center frame has a plurality of attachment holes. The attachment holes provide a means for attaching modular firearm components to the butt stock assembly. The release lever is attached to the center frame by the rotation pin. The release lever pivots about the rotation pin. The release lever engages the locking pin. The locking pin engages the spring. The center frame has a top edge, a front edge, a back edge, and a bottom edge. The front cap is removably secured to the front edge of the center frame. The base is removably secured to the back edge of the center frame.

Abstract: The present folding stock adapter can be used with many types of military-type assault rifles that typically comprise a receiver extension, buffer and action spring. The present folding stock adapter can be used to add a folding capability to a standard stock allowing it to fold against a rifle's receiver when the weapon is not in use, thus reducing the overall length of the weapon. This reduction in length can facilitate its maneuverability, storage and transport in cramped quarters. The present device can also allow for the quick unfolding of the stock in order to allow the weapon to function and be fire normally.

  • Patent number: 8966798
Abstract: A recoil reducing buffer and stock adaptor having a front portion adapted to fit into and connectively engage with the backplate of an H&K-style rifle and a rear portion comprising an aperture adapted to accept and connectively engage with an AR-15/M16 buffer tube. The adaptor attaches to an H&K-style rifle between the action or receiver and the buttstock and allows the rifle to accept and function with a larger and/or stronger H&K-style rifle buffer than its original factory-installed buffer. The adaptor reduces the recoil of an H&K-style rifle by allowing the rifle to function with a larger and/or stronger H&K-style recoil buffer than its original factory-installed buffer. The adaptor also makes substantially all existing H&K-style rifles compatible with substantially all current and existing H&K-style rifle stocks and AR-style rifle stocks and stock accessories.

  • Patent number: 8955422
Abstract: A modified bolt carrier for automatic recoil rifles and pistols preferably includes a shortened bolt carrier, a shortened buffer tube, a modified bolt key and an end cap. The shortened buffer tube is shortened by cutting-off a straight portion of a prior buffer tube. The modified bolt key includes a prior art bolt key, a rod yoke, a pair spring rods, a pair of compression springs, a spring support disc and a spring plug. The spring plug is biased outward from the shortened bolt carrier with the pair of compression springs. The modified bolt key is attached to the shortened bolt carrier and retained in upper and lower receivers of an automatic recoil rifle or pistol. The bolt spring is slipped over the spring plug and the bolt spring is retained by securing the end cap to the lower receiver with a lock pin.
