Wherein, the present method simply takes advantage of the steps of printing, oil pressing, and trimming to easily finish the keypad, which favorably avoids the complex process of spraying P+R, deviation from the forming of IMD products, and defectiveness of spraying and cutting applied on silicone products. Manifestly, the present invention simplifies the intricate processes, and only oil-pressing die and punching die are involved, namely less equipment and fewer personnel as well as places are required. Therefore, the present invention is uncomplicated and low-cost.

The resin sheet (100) has a rectangular shape in a plan view. The periphery of the passivation layer (110) extends outward from the periphery of the resin layer (120). The resin layer (120) is provided with a flat section (121), and a slope section (122) wherein the thickness of the resin layer (120) gradually reduces toward the outside from the flat section (121). A difference between the resin thickness (d) of the boundary section (123) between the slope section (122) and the flat section (121) of the resin layer (120), and an average thickness (D) of the flat section (121) is 5% or less of the average thickness (D).

Abstract: A method of making an article that exhibits a metallic appearance includes treating a surface of a non-metallic substrate, e.g. a glass sheet to have a textured surface, and applying an overlay, e.g. a coating over the pattern. The percent of visible light transmittance, and percent visible light reflectance, of the substrate and the overlay is selected such that the pattern is visible when the article is viewed through one of the surfaces of the substrate or overlay. Also provided is a heatable coating having a low emissivity that can be used as the overlay.

A plurality of yarns are interwoven over a region between the first and second fabric layers such that the first fabric layer is foldable relative to the second fabric layer. An additional plurality of yarns are interwoven over a region between the second and third fabric layers such that the third fabric layer is foldable relative to the second fabric layer. Upon folding of the woven fabric layers, the integrally woven three-dimensional preform with stiffeners in two or more directions is formed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for attaching a micro bubble array on a plate surface, and more particularly, to a method for attaching micro-sized bubbles on a plate surface so as to reduce fluid frictional resistance caused by flow on the plate surface that encounters with liquid. The method for attaching a micro bubble array on a plate surface according to one aspect of the present invention includes a micro groove forming step and a hydrophobic treatment step. In the micro groove forming step, a plurality of grooves with a size of 1 to 1,000 micrometers are formed in a plate surface to be arranged therein. In the hydrophobic treatment step, the plate surface having the grooves formed therein is coated with a material having a hydrophobic property. Since the plate surface has the plurality of grooves arranged therein and also is treated with a hydrophobic material, micro bubbles are formed on the micro grooves when the plate surface goes under water.

Abstract: A method of printing on a metal surface includes steps of forming a plurality of macropores on at least a portion of a metal surface. A plurality of micropores are formed within and adjacent to the macropores. The metal surface is cleaned, and a first ink having a first color is applied to the macropores and micropores to form at least one image on the metal surface. Preferably, the ink is applied using an inkjet printer. The ink is dried. A second ink having a second color may also be applied to the metal surface and then dried. Additional inks may also be applied. A lacquer top coat may be applied to the metal surface on top of the first ink (and additional inks, if provided). Preferably, the metal surface is part of a coin.
