Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described which provide an artificial branch that is coupled to a natural tree. The artificial branch includes one or more adjustable wires that can be used to change the shape of the artificial branch. The artificial branch is structured to receive natural and/or synthetic scent compounds that are sprayed at the artificial branch. In addition, the artificial branch is structured to receive scent compounds from wildlife to facilitate wildlife scent communication.

Abstract: A birthday candle holding assembly includes a panel that has a plurality of first wells to insertably receive a birthday candle. Each of the first wells has a circular shape thereby facilitating the first wells to receive cylindrical birthday candles. The panel has a plurality of second wells to receive letter or number birthday candles. A plurality of legs is each pivotally disposed on the panel. Each of the legs is positionable in a deployed position having the legs extending downwardly from the panel thereby facilitating the panel to support the birthday candles over a birthday cake. Each of the legs is positionable in a folded position to facilitate the panel to be positioned in a dishwasher for cleaning the panel.

Abstract: A modular cube for a vinyl record is an apparatus that stores, organizes, and displays multiple vinyl records. The apparatus includes a plurality of box walls and an interlocking mechanism. In order to create a cube-shape, the plurality of box walls includes a base wall, a cover wall, and a plurality of lateral walls. Each of the plurality of box walls latches with each other and is easily dismantled because of the interlocking mechanism. While connected to one another, the plurality of box walls house multiple vinyl records. In order to display a record casing across a wall of the plurality of lateral walls, the apparatus further includes at least one dowel. In order to further display each record casing and easily access the multiple records housed within the apparatus from any direction, the apparatus further includes a table adapter and a turntable.

Abstract: A sanitary cover for cakes includes a base serving as a platter for the cake as well as a storage compartment for a removable candle deck when not in use. The cake cover is placed atop the base platter and the candle deck is positioned and securely lockable to an upper recess of the cake cover. The candle deck is held securely in position with circumferential sliding connecting unit locks, which are cantilevered inward from the rim of the depression on top of the cake cover and which are engageable with sliding tabs of the candle deck. A central molded integral handle is provided on top of the cake cover, and the integral handle extends through a corresponding central hole in the center of the candle deck.

Abstract: A combustion-resistant branch assembly for an artificial tree, the branch assembly including a first branch portion including a first rod having a main portion intermediate a first end portion and a second end portion; a first group of sub-branches attached to the first branch portion, each sub-branch of the first group of sub-branches including a member having a first end portion; and a first winding, including a combustion-resistant strand, wrapped about the first end portion of the first rod of the first branch portion and the first end portion of each sub-branch of the first group of sub-branches, thereby attaching the first group of sub-branches to the first branch portion.

Abstract: A decorative tree ornament that is positioned atop a tree and that lights up and plays music while presenting an ornamental display that is attached to a rotating platform. The rotating is driven by a motor and support by a sheath that is designed to be fitted about the top of the tree. A plurality of slits traverses through the sheath, allowing the sheath to be navigated around the branches of the tree. A microcontroller dictates the speed of the motor, audio files played from a speaker, and the brightness and color of light emitted from a light assembly of the ornamental display. The light assembly is integrated into a festive diorama that is encased in a dome enclosure; the festive diorama and the dome enclosure both being removably attached to the rotating platform. A stabilization post is further utilized to support the sheath and the rotating platform.

Abstract: A removable cover is provided for a decorated Christmas tree to prevent house pets from getting into the tree or playing with ornaments and lights on the tree. The cover wraps at least partially around the tree, with the top edge being hooked to tree branches with the top of the tree extending above the cover. Preferably, the bottom edge of the cover drapes onto the floor. The cover may partially or fully enclose the tree from the floor up to a desired height. The tree cover can be quickly and easily placed on the tree when people are sleeping or out of the house, and easily removed and stored when display of the tree is desired. The cover is a sheer material so that ornaments and lights are visible through the material when the cover is on the tree.

Abstract: A decoration holder is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the decoration holder can hold a card, such as a Christmas card, on a tree, such as a Christmas tree. The holder can therefore provide way to decorate a Christmas tree with Christmas cards, thereby enhancing the festive appearance of the tree. The holder can also provide a way to decorate other portions of a user's home with various festive objects.

The appliqués allow hosts to decorate both rounded and rectangular backed folding chairs used at any occasion or event so that the chairs will provide aesthetic appeal for the celebration. The appliqués adhere to the rear panels of the folding chair using the attachment mechanism, which may be either a magnetic layer or a plurality of adhesive strips. Hosts may choose from many different designs or create their own design or logo for the appliqués to represent the occasion. The system for a decorative back appliqué covers the typical bland panels of folding chairs and instead embellishes the chairs.

The removable attachment may illustrate themes and holidays with a variety of shapes like a clover, heart, basket, pumpkin, turkey, Christmas tree or birthday cake. The convertible placemat provides a user with one placemat that may interchange decorative appearances at will by the user.

Abstract: An apparatus can include an elongated shaft having a distal end and a proximal end. An ornamental fixture can be attached to and extend outwardly from the distal end of the elongated shaft. A connector at the proximal end of the elongated shaft is configured to secure the elongated shaft to a tree, such as to support the ornamental fixture in a desired position relative to the tree.

Abstract: A building opening cover comprising a sheet of material, where the sheet of material includes a front surface, a back surface, a pair of horizontal edges and a pair of vertical edges; an illustration on the front surface of the sheet of material; and a static electric charge to fasten the sheet of material to a building opening. The building opening cover may be used on a door or window. The cover also prevents excess light from passing through the windows to shade the interior room.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention described herein thus provide a carvable pumpkin that is durable, can be reused, that has enhanced fire retardance, and that has a bright brilliant color that remains intact upon carving. These improvements help ensure that the pumpkins are safer, such that if they catch fire, they provide a flame barrier and burn out in about a minute or less. The improvements also help provide brightly colored pumpkins that do not have an external coating or layer of paint that can be easily scratched off. Finally, the improvements help provide pumpkins with a substantially uniform skin or otherwise controllable thickness, which can ease carving and provide an enhanced user experience.

Abstract: A cross shaped Christmas decoration has a modular frame in the shape of a Christian cross, a garland, a plurality of lights, and a base. The garland covers the frame to imitate the appearance of a coniferous evergreen tree. The plurality of lights is positioned around the frame and supported by the frame to enhance the surface appearance of a typical Christmas tree. The base is positioned near the bottom of the frame to support the frame in an upright orientation. The arms of the cross may be detached from a central beam of the frame for convenient storage. The base uses a plurality of legs and leg connectors to hold the frame in an upright position, and may be disassembled.

Abstract: Often times friends would like to buy a special drink or an ice cream soda to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or graduation event. A candle would be nice, but there is no easy way of mounting a small candle, sparkler or other illuminating device to the beverage glass or bottle along with a congratulatory message to mark the special occasion. This invention also provides a means to conveniently mount a candle or sparkler onto the top of a beverage while also providing restaurants, bars and other establishments and venues to offer a unique service for their customers while also creating a unique method to advertise the establishment, distributors, manufacturer with brand names and branding logos.

In another embodiment, the hollow interior and/or occlusal of a deciduous tooth is filled with a bonding agent to form a tooth matrix for mounting on a jewelry frame. A display side of the tooth is positioned adjacent to a display surface in a mold. A bonding agent fills the space between the tooth and the mold to form a solid tooth matrix. The solidified tooth matrix is machinable.

A cylinder-shaped molding engages the core portion by contouring the core portion to provide a snug fit. The molding includes an axially extending, generally inwardly directed slit that passes through a portion of the diameter of the molding, sufficient for allowing the molding portion to fully cover the core member. An exterior portion contours the exterior surface area of the molding. The exterior can include a plethora of natural configurations including, tree bark, leaves, buds, fruit, nuts, water droplets, sap, insects, and flower petals. However, holiday themes, artisitic designs, or artificial configurations are also possible for the exterior visuals.

Abstract: The present invention can include a method of packaging baby apparel items in the shape of baked goods. In the method, one or more baby apparel items can be folded into a desired shape. An optional baking receptacle, enveloping apparel item, and binding element can be used. Once folded, the apparel items and optional items can form an aggregate shaped like a baked good, such as a cupcake, a tart, a loaf of bread, a pie, a cake, and a pastry roll. This shape can be formed without affixing adhesive to the baby apparel items and without creating holes in the baby apparel items. Hence, a usability and function of the baby apparel items is preserved despite the innovative shape. In one configuration, the shaping of the apparel items can be performed by agents of a storefront and can include customer selected apparel items.

Abstract: The present invention provides a Christmas wreath, which applies a non-circular metal wire to connect bells, wherein additional positioning members are added between the adjacent bell groups for separation. The non-circular inner hole of the positioning member can obtain a refrained position between the positioning member and metal wire, and prevent arbitrary rotation of the positioning member. The outer rim of the positioning member includes at least one included angle, and formed into an inclined guiding surface to coordinate with the end. This enables the positioning member end to insert into the bell ring concave to obtain a refrained position relation between the positioning member and bell, preventing the bell from arbitrarily rotating. The present invention can truly maintain the pattern of connected bells through the mechanism of the positioning member for the bell and metal wire.

The fabric has a contact thermal protective performance value of at least 4.5 and a contact thermal protective performance efficiency greater than 1.1. Applications of the fabric include protective garments, articles of furniture, vehicle components, building components, electrical components, decorative components, appliances, and containers.

The outdoor Christmas tree assembly is also applicable for indoor use.

This allows for endless decoration configurations. The embedded nature of the attachment material within the ring allows use without any decoration. The complete encirclement of the attachment material allows for many different ornaments to be attached at the same time.

One or both layers of plastic which comprise the bubble wrap can be colored, or printed to accentuate the holiday or event being celebrated. A method for making the bubble wrap is also provided.
