Abstract: A fishing rod case is provided for holding a rigged fly (or other) fishing rod. The case includes a sleeve, with distal and proximal sections and a flexible middle section, and, optionally, a reel housing on one end of the proximal section. With the reel housing open, a rigged rod may be inserted into the sleeve. The sleeve is bunched in the middle section and the rod grasped through the sleeve on opposite sides of a ferrule of the rod. The two sections of the rod may then be pulled apart at the ferrule and the sleeve folded so that the distal and proximal sections of the sleeve are adjacent and parallel to each other. One or more straps may be used to hold the two sections of the sleeve together.

A medial connector is inserted between the first container and the medial container and a lid is configured for insertion into the medial connector to separate the contents of the medial container from the first container. The first container and the second container also have removable lids so the contents of the containers can be accessed without removal of the medial container. A handle attaches at least the first container so a user can easily grasp and transport the portable multi-compartment storage container.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a travel bag or a packaging container. Specifically, embodiments of the present invention are directed toward a modular travel, garment bag or similar container system that can be customized based on the needs of the user. Furthermore, the various modules or segments of the bag may have different shapes and sizes so as to be adapted to carry items, with such modules or segments being combinable in varying arrangements to provide a flexibly configured bag that is suitable for a variety of uses. The present invention also relates to a packaging system for suits, blazers and jackets from garment, fashion and retail brands.

Abstract: Described is a fishing rod storage container comprising a lid pivotally connected to a container housing by one or more hinges. The container housing comprises a pair of elongated sides and an interior volume adapted to store fishing equipment. The container housing further comprises a plurality of lower half supports extending between the pair of elongated sides that are adapted to support several fishing rods. The lower half supports are elevated above the bottom of the container housing so as to provide clearance for equipment stored on the bottom of the container housing. The lid comprises upper half supports that are positioned so as to align with the lower half supports, such that the lower and upper half supports are complementary halves of a fishing rod support. In this way, a fishing rod can be secured in place between the upper and lower half supports when the container is closed.

In an embodiment, the fishing rod is secured inside the base portion, and a compartment is integral with the cover portion and disposed within the interior space thereof. The compartment has a door attached to the exterior of the cover portion and has a profile conforming to that of the cover portion; the compartment is thereby accessible while the cover portion is in a closed position. In another embodiment, the fishing rod is secured inside the cover portion and compartments are detachably secured inside the base portion.

The lid lockably secures to a sidewall to prevent unauthorized access to the box's contents. Along the bottom of the box are a number of mounting holes and associated fasteners, so that the box can be removably secured to a large object like a boat or truck. Access to the mounting means is only available from within the box to keep thieves from stealing the box and its contents. A tackle box holder is disposed within the box to stop a tackle box from sliding around within the security box. Also provided is a set of cushioned inserts that protect the shafts of different styles of fishing rods and prevent them from banging into the walls of the box while the device is in transit.

The adapter is installed onto a side portion of a fishing rod that has already been built and does not require removal of fishing rod components.

Each end piece has a number of pockets capable of receiving the end of an ice fishing trap. The pockets on the respective end pieces are aligned so as to receive opposite ends of a trap. The device is then rolled in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the traps to form a cylindrical shape. Fastening means located on the outer surface of each end piece prevent the cylindrical shape from unrolling. A detachable shoulder strap enables the user to carry the device by slinging it over his/her shoulder, thereby leaving the hands free to perform other tasks.
