Abstract: A mountable power strip includes: a first arm section; a second arm section; a lever arm connected to the second arm section; and a coupling assembly configured to couple the first and second arm sections together such that the first and second arm sections are configured for relative rotational movement between an open position for receipt of an object therebetween; and a closed position wherein the first and second arm sections are closer to one another than when in the open position for clamping engagement with the object. The first arm section includes a plurality of electrical receptacles positioned adjacent each other along an extent of the first arm section such that the plurality of electrical receptacles form a “strip” of electrical receptacles. Methods of use include mounting a power strip to an object.

The audio plug assembly has a rotatory base, an audio plug having a soldering portion received in the rotatory base and a contact portion, and a second coupling means formed on the rotatory base and perpendicular to the audio plug, which is rotatable coupled to the first coupling means of the sleeve. The contact portion of the audio plug of the plug assembly can be rotated received in the groove of the supporting platform of the sleeve to prevent that the contact portion is scraped by external force.

The pivot has two end surfaces and a lateral surface. A first connecting portion is disposed on one of the end surfaces for electrically connecting an electronic apparatus. At least a second connecting portion is disposed on the lateral surface for electrically connecting the peripheral electronic unit. Additionally, the bearing portion is elongated from the lateral surface. The peripheral electronic unit leans against the bearing portion when it is electrically connected to the second connecting portion.

Abstract: An adapter has connecting arms and includes a casing, a first plugging element and a second plugging element. The casing has connecting arms and is provided with pivoting portions. The side edges of the casing are formed with first sliding grooves. The first and the second plugging element are electrically connected inside the casing, and face in opposite directions. Via this arrangement, the adapter can be assembled with a plug and can be assembled with other adapters of different specifications and types, thereby providing more functionality.

Abstract: An electrical device charger is provided. In various embodiments the charger includes a dual plug pivotally mounted within a plug reservoir of a charging unit. The dual plug includes a set of first pins and a set of second pins, wherein the first pins are fixedly oriented at substantially a 90° angle to the second pins. The first pins are structured for insertion into a first type of electrical supply receptacle and the second pins are structured for insertion into a second type of electrical supply receptacle.

Abstract: A multi-position connector is disclosed that allows a personal audio device to be operably secured to a variety of different personal audio sets. In a disclosed embodiment, the connector is slidably secured to a frame, thereby allowing the connector's position relative to the frame to be adjusted as needed so as to properly engage mating connectors on a particular personal audio set. A resistive detent is preferably provided at key locations along the frame so as to hold the connector at a predetermined position relative to the frame.

Abstract: A swivel adapter connects plugs for different video-connector standards. A smaller Display-Port (DP) connector fits into ports on a personal computer or other device, while a larger Digital Visual Interface (DVI) connector connects to a display or other device through a standard cable. When computer DP ports are tightly spaced, the wider DVI end of the swivel adapter can be twisted to make room for other DP plugs to fit into other DP ports on the computer. A swivel mechanism is located within the adapter body between DP-connector and DVI-connector ends of the adapter body. A swivel joint between the two ends rotates as the swivel mechanism is twisted. Two circuit boards in either end are connected together through the swivel joint by flex lines or a flexible circuit board. A converter chip on one circuit board converts signals between the DP and DVI formats.

The transiting plug can be repeatedly connected to other transiting plugs and converted into a multitasking transfer plug with different specifications and types of sockets.

The first casing has a plurality of first connecting terminals for electrically contacting the expanding fingers. The second casing has a plurality of second connecting terminals for electrically contacting the USB contact fingers. The plastic elastomer has a plurality of conductive wiring electrically connecting the first terminals to the second terminals so that the connected memory module components are electrically connected to each other to increase readable memory capacities with only one USB slot.

The device connector has a housing containing a plug, such as a USB connector, for insertion into a female port of the electronic device. The plug is coupled to a replica port that is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the plug. The replica port may be mounted on the housing or attached to the housing using a cable. The device connector may have an inner surface that substantially conforms to the non-planar adjacent surface of the laptop computer.

It comprises a cover having at least one opening; a base plate; an electrode bracket having at least one opening which is disposed in between the cover and the base plate; and at least one socket core that is rotatable in one full circle which passes through the opening of the cover and is disposed inside the openings of the electrode bracket, wherein a plurality of apertures is disposed longitudinally inside the socket core. While inserting, if there is insufficient space, the space limitation can be overcome by rotating and changing the angle of the socket core appropriately and the plug can be successfully inserted into the socket.

The adaptor with a rotary plug includes a rotary plug having prongs, an adaptor housing holding the rotary plug, and electric adaptation parts being inserted into the adaptor housing. The adaptor further include a rotating means for rotating the rotary plug at 45° or 90° in each of right and left directions, and a restricting means for fixing the rotary plug at a position where the rotary plug is desirably rotated by means of the rotating means.

Abstract: An electrical socket includes a pair of coupled insulative housings, a conductor set mounted in one of the housings, a conductive contact member set including a pair of spaced apart contact members that are selectively mounted in one of the housings, and a conductive resilient member set including a pair of spaced apart spring members that are selectively mounted in the other one of the housings, and that respectively and resiliently bridge the contact members. At least one of the resilient member set and the contact member set is rotatable relative to the other one of the resilient member set and the contact member set.

Abstract: An electrical interconnection device comprises a first connector member having a first mating end and a second connector member having a second mating end. The first connector member may be a printed circuit card I/O connector, and the second connector member may be a telecommunications adapter connector such as a modular jack. The first and second connector members are pivotally linked to permit relative angular movement therebetween.
