The four connectors have complementary engagement means at opposite ends thereof for interengagement with the engagement means at the four corners of the frame to hold the connectors on the frame. A flat surface at the center of the frame may be used to apply suction to manipulate the frame to position the connectors on the substrate. A plurality of terminals are mounted on each connector for electrical connection to appropriate conductors on the substrate, whereafter the mounting frame can be disengaged and removed from the connectors.
