  • Patent number: 11298625
Abstract: An action figure gaming assembly includes a controller and an action figure. The controller includes an actuator and a rotating surface. The action figure is attached to and rotates on a rotating surface when the actuator is activated. The action figure performs one of several attack maneuvers (weapon strike, punch, kick, lean and slap, and telescoping first) and one of several death configurations (torso split, disintegration, scissor split, and a forward or backward collapse). During game play, the action figure gaming assembly duels against other action figure gaming assemblies. Activation of the actuator causes the action figure to rotate with the rotation surface of the controller and to strike an opponent. Activation of the trigger portion by an opponent causes the action figure to transition to the death mode. In the death mode, part of a first body portion separates from part of a second body portion.

  • Patent number: 8764510
Abstract: A toy comprises two robots. There is a lever with a shaft connecting at least one robot to a handle. The robot is responsive to movement of the handle through a physical mechanical connection with the handle whereby movement of the handle moves the robot. The movement of the handle by a player controls at least one of swing or turn movement of the robot. A supply of electricity to the robot is provided so that a motor with each robot permits making robot motions in response to movement from the motor. The motor movement is responsive to a signal from the player. The robots are for interaction with each other. An effective engagement between the robots is at least one of recorded or indicated. There is a control base, and a fighting stage. There is a lever system with a shaft connecting each respective robot to the handle.

  • Patent number: 8747179
Abstract: A robot toy includes a body and a controller. The body includes right and left arms, legs, arm-actuating mechanisms, thrust mechanisms, and a driving unit. The arms can be extended forward and back, and are pulled back by a predetermined biasing force in a normal condition. The arm-actuating mechanisms are provided at the respective arms and allow the corresponding arms to be extended and pulled back. The thrust mechanisms are provided at the respective legs and allow the corresponding legs to move forward. The driving unit drives one of a pair of the left arm-actuating mechanism and the left thrust mechanism and a pair of the right arm-actuating mechanism and the right thrust mechanism. The driving unit simultaneously drives the arm-actuating mechanism and the thrust mechanism in the same pair.

  • Patent number: 6146234
Abstract: An ascending/descending mechanism in which a face gear is rotated to drive two symmetrically arranged cylindrical gears, whereby two eccentric shafts fitted with the cylindrical gears are rotated in reverse directions. Two driven slide blocks are fitted with the short shafts of the eccentric shafts. The top ends of the driven slide blocks are fitted with two columns which are fitted in fitting holes of retaining blocks. When the cylindrical gears are reversely rotated, the short shafts of the eccentric shafts are slided within the slide slots of the driven slide blocks, whereby the columns are reciprocally moved up and down. Accordingly, the dolls or decorative articles at the top ends of the columns are alternately ascended or descended. The power source for driving the face gear can be a music bell or a motor, so that when the dolls or decorative articles at the top ends of the columns are alternately ascended or descended, a music or other audio/video effect is cooperatively created.

  • Patent number: 4995610
Abstract: In a boxing game where two opposed doll boxers are movably mounted on a support surface, each boxer having swingable arms and a punch-received indicator, an improved game is provided, wherein electric and/or computer control means operate at least one boxer as to body movement and arm movements against the other boxer. In one embodiment of the invention, two players compete with opposing boxers by indirect electric controls e.g. two joy sticks. In a second embodiment of the invention, a player with direct manual control of his boxer competes against a boxer guided by a computer, which senses the opposing boxers body moves and punches and directs its boxer in counter body moves and punches. In the third embodiment a player indirectly guides his boxer by a joy stick, mouse, or other electric control against a computer, which senses the moves of e.g. the joy stick and arm swing buttons and guides its boxer in counter body moves and punches.
