Abstract: A stuffed toy comprises a body member including an outer layer comprising a waterproof fabric. The outer layer is partially filled with a resilient stuffing material sealingly disposed within the outer layer to provide a predetermined shape to the body member. A shell comprises a flexible fabric having an outer surface and an inner surface. The shell having an opening for receiving the body member through the opening such that the body member is substantially enclosed within and fills the shell, and the shell closely conforming to the body member. The body member is selectively insertable into, and removable from, the shell through the opening in order to provide a predetermined three-dimensional shape to the toy.

Abstract: A hair braiding kit includes a base mat with a first hair attachment and a second hair attachment attached at different locations to the mat. The first and second hair attachments have multiple strands configured in 3 columns, each strand attached to the mat midway between a first end and a second end. The component, also referred to as a hug sensor, has an electrically conductive and compressible material and is movable from a rest, non-compressed position towards a compressed position by way of the application of an external force thereon (e.g., a hug or squeeze). The hug sensor has a resistance there across that is monitored by a microprocessor. Compression of the hug sensor causes changes in the resistance across the hug sensor. Changes in the detected resistance across the hug sensor result in activation of responses (e.g., playing of audio and/or movement). Varying responses may be activated as a result of varying changes in resistance.

The component includes a first layer of a compressible material with at least one aperture therethrough. Second and third layers of an electrically conductive material are positioned on opposite sides of the first layer across the aperture. The second and third layers of material may be brought into contact with each other in the aperture of the first layer to complete an electrical connection between the second and third layers by compression of the first layer upon application of a compression force. When the compression force is removed, the first material expands to separate the second and third layers, thereby breaking the electrical connection. Upon detection of deformation of the electrical component, the electronics activate a response by the toy, such as an audio response.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a composite sheet for creating a customized design. The composite sheet includes a first fabric portion, a second fabric portion, and a membrane portion disposed between the first fabric portion and the second fabric portion, where the first fabric portion is sewn with stitching to the second fabric portion. One advantage of the composite sheet and related systems and methods is that users can create customized designs conveniently on their own home printer.

The stuffed toy is characterized by having been stitched in the shape according to the stuffed toy with a water absorbent inner fabric on the inside of water absorbent outer fabric. The shape is formed by the bead-shaped super absorbent polymer that expands when water is absorbed to fill the inner space. The outer fabric and the inner fabric are water absorbent with the inner fabric being made of bead-proof material such that the stitching is made up of fine density that does not allow leakage of the beads.

The face assembly is secured together at the large circle of the interface sheet. Excess material of the face assembly is cut away from a stitch line at the large circle, while the inner small circle is removed to form a circular aperture to expose the photograph face. By manually urging the bottom of the padding member upwardly the photograph face on the transfer paper on the piece of fabric will go through the circular aperture on the interface sheet to reverse the interface sheet.
