Abstract: A pruner cleaning machine scrubs gummy sap and foreign matter from pruner blades inserted into its cleaning chamber. The machine includes a motor turning a drive shaft assembly having scrubbers coupled thereon. The scrubbers have scrubbing surfaces facing each other and a central scrubber element resides between the scrubbers.
Abstract: An abrasive segment can include an inner segment portion, an outer segment portion, and a central segment portion connected thereto. The inner segment portion can include an inner circumferential wall and an outer circumferential wall. Leading and trailing radial sidewalls can extend between the inner circumferential wall and the outer circumferential wall opposite each other. The outer segment portion can include an inner circumferential wall and an outer circumferential wall. Leading and trailing radial sidewalls can extend between the inner circumferential wall and the outer circumferential wall opposite each other. The central segment portion can include a leading radial sidewall and a trailing radial sidewall. The leading radial sidewall of the central segment portion can establish an acute angle, ?, with respect to the outer circumferential wall of the inner segment portion and an obtuse angle, ?, with respect the inner circumferential wall of the outer segment portion.
Abstract: The sharpener holder is a device for sharpening blades of knives, scissors, axes, planes, chisels, and other cutting implements. The device accommodates any off-the-shelf sharpener rod whereas other sharpeners require the use of a unique or special rod built into the sharpener assembly. Most users already have sharpening rods, so all they have to do is put their existing sharpening rods into the sharpener holder to sharpen their knives or other cutting implements. The sharpener rod in the rod holder is securely clamped in position. The adjustable base is rotated to the required sharpening angle and securely clamped in position. The user moves the blade vertically against the sharpening rod at a perpendicular angle with respect to the base assembly to sharpen the blade.
Abstract: A machine for refinishing the surface of a bowling to improve the roundness of the bowling ball with the machine including individual bowling ball resurfacing units each having a cone-shaped cup resiliently supported on the bowling ball resurfacing unit with the cone-shaped abrading cups having an annular abrading region located on the periphery of cone-shaped abrading cup so that when the cone-shaped abrading cups are rotated the abrading region engages a surface on the bowling ball to simultaneously rotate and abrade the surface of the bowling ball to bring the bowling ball into round.
