One link mechanism supports the blade and the blade cover relative to the frame and permits the blade cover to move while maintaining a predetermined attitude during cutting. Therefore, the driver remains level during cutting.

At least one of the pulleys (4) is driven in rotation by a motor to set the abrasive band (5) into motion.
