Rectilinearly Reciprocating Patents (Class 453/43)
  • Patent number: 10556712
Abstract: A pellet column is formed in a metering duct. The lowermost pellet is located in a connection point where an outlet duct is connected to the metering duct and leads transversely away therefrom. A first duct, which opens into the metering duct via a first duct mouth above the connection point, is impinged with negative pressure, wherein a pellet is suctioned onto the first duct mouth and is fixed thereto. This pellet acts as a block for the pellets thereabove. A second duct, which opens into the connection point via a second duct mouth, is impinged with positive pressure, wherein the pellet at the connection point is pneumatically ejected via the outlet duct and supplied to a container. After the ejection of the lowermost pellet, the negative pressure in the first duct is switched off such that the pellet held at the first duct mouth advances toward the connection point.

  • Patent number: 8272929
Abstract: Auto-Arranged Coin Stacker and Dispenser device that is capable of stacking and dispensing coins automatically in a row and columnar configuration inside chambers formed between a back panel and a front panel between which a space is created to accept coins to drop freely and sequentially from an opening at the top of the device. A spacer having substantially the thickness of the coins is configured to have guide posts wherein the dropping coins are directed automatically to advance downward and arrange themselves first horizontally then vertically in the space provided between the front and back panels. The subsequently falling coins form additional rows vertically above the previous rows in a well-ordered manner by gravity assist and judiciously spaced guides on the sides. The device presents the stacked coins through a translucent frontage to show an immediate accounting of what has been deposited with an aesthetic appearance to the viewer.

  • Patent number: 7381126
Abstract: A device for dispensing bulk-loaded coins including a transport unit having a transport unit frame, an electric motor driving a drive gear, a rotor and a transport slide. The drive gear further includes a drive pin. The rotor agitates coins located within a bin of a bulk-loaded coin hopper when rotated in a first direction and relaxes coins within the bin when rotated in a second direction. The rotor is rotatable by an associated drive gear. The transport slide includes a central bore and flexible member. The flexible member defines a home position deflection ramp and a home position clearance path. The home position deflection ramp and home position clearance path are located in a position such that the drive pin causes the transport slide to reciprocate when the drive gear is operated in a first direction and to remain stationary when the drive gear is operated in a second, different direction.

  • Patent number: 6641476
Abstract: A coin (or banknote) dispenser has a plurality of cash stores, a common actuator and a clutch for each store selectively transmitting a driving force to cause dispensing of a currency unit. The clutch has a driving member which is driven by the actuator, a driven member which can move to cause a currency unit to be dispensed from the cash store, a coupling member which can cause a driving force to be transmitted from the driving member to the driven member depending upon whether the coupling member is in an engaged state or a disengaged state, and an electromagnet for moving the coupling member from one of the states to the other state.

  • Patent number: 4830375
Abstract: A bingo chip dispensing device having a body with a cartridge receipt area for attachment of a cartridge containing bingo chips. The chips feed into a chip receipt area in the body where one is retained between the arms of a slide member. When the arms are moved forward by depressing a knob, the bingo chip drops from the body member through a deposit nozzle onto a selected spot on a bingo card.
