Having Inlet Airway Patents (Class 454/107)
  • Patent number: 11884135
Abstract: An air filtration system for a mobile unit having a vent fan and a kit for forming the air filtration system. The air filtration system includes a rigid outer cover made, a filter box, and a vent fan installed on a roof of the mobile unit. An air inlet passageway is formed in the rigid outer cover so that the vent fan may draw outside air through the filter box and into an interior space of the mobile unit. The air inlet passageway may include a louver for allowing air entry while protecting the filter box from rainwater. A base plate has a central opening that is positionable around a vent fan housing and securable to a vent fan flange to form a flat surface upon which to receive the filter box and the rigid outer cover.

  • Patent number: 10259290
Abstract: The skylight vent cover is installed immediately beneath the existing skylight in the ceiling of a structure, e.g., motorhomes, cabin boats, etc. The vent cover includes one or more opaque panels that are spaced away from the overlying structure to substantially block light passage while allowing airflow between the panel(s) and overlying structure. Some embodiments have a single planar or non-planar panel. Other embodiments have a plurality of tiered panels. The upper surface(s) of the panel(s) can have a reflective coating thereon to reflect light and heat from the skylight and vent. Various attachments can be provided, e.g., mating hook and loop material, magnets, hinge and latch, etc. In all embodiments, the panel is spaced away from the overlying ceiling structure, and in the case of multiple panel embodiments, the panels are spaced apart from one another to provide good ventilation and airflow therebetween.

  • Patent number: 6799432
Abstract: In a left and right temperature independent control-type air conditioning unit for a vehicle, a case is constructed of a first case and a second case. An air passage in the case is divided into a first air passage through which air flows toward a right region of a compartment and a second air passage through which air flows toward a left region of the compartment by a partition wall. The first and second cases are connected by engaging a first case end surfaces with a second case end surface. Pin contact portions are formed on the first and second cases adjacent to the case end surface. The pin contact portions are disposed to oppose each other between the first case and the second case. The partition wall is fixed by interposing its periphery between the pin contact portions of the first and the second cases.
