Abstract: A document carrier sheet is provided with a support sheet having a support surface on which a document is supported. The document carrier sheet is also provided with a transparent sheet attached to the support sheet and permitting the document to be held on the support surface, with an image on the document being covered. The support surface of the support sheet has a different color from that of the document.

Abstract: A recording sheet package includes a stack of plural recording sheets. A packaging body contains the recording sheets. The packaging body or the recording sheets include humidity and temperature indicators which allows the degradation of the recording sheets to be compensated for in the course of thermal printing. A detection cutout is formed in the packaging body, for receiving insertion of a sheet remainder counter. The sheet remainder counter is allowed to push the recording sheets in a thickness direction thereof. The sheet remainder counter is adapted to detect a number of remaining ones of the recording sheets in the packaging body.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting a book or magazine for reading includes a bottom member and a top member. The top member is elevated at one end above the bottom member and is adapted to pivot from a first closed position for reading into a second open position for turning the pages. At least a portion of the top member is transparent to permit viewing of printed matter through the top member, which is adapted to press upon the book or magazine when it is disposed in the first position. A lip is attached to the bottom member and is used to further retain the book or magazine in position. A receiving member is optionally attached to a back of the bottom member and is used to attach either a leg or a handle thereto.

Abstract: A shopping organizer having a base, at least one bar support, a saddle for receiving a bar or handle and a support strap for securing the organizer to the bar or handle. The saddle may be configured into the bottom or into the bar support(s). The organizer further includes at least a pad retaining means and a pen/pencil holder.

Abstract: A security hardware device used to hold multi-leafed materials, for example, telephone books, which device has an inner box within an outer sleeve, wherein the inner box has a first end with a toothed grip and a second end with a means for receiving a screw; and the outer sleeve has a first open end for receiving the inner box and second closed end, and wherein the second closed end is provided with a toothed grip and further provided with a hole for passing a screw through the outer sleeve and into the means for receiving a screw so that, as the screw is turned into engagement, the inner box is drawn into the outer sleeve, and a means for attaching the device to a surface.

Abstract: A pre-printed form book includes a binding and pre-printed forms having a plurality of predetermined spaces for receiving manually written information thereon. The pre-printed form book further includes the improvement of an envelope removably attached to the binding for storage of one or more said pre-printed forms having information received thereon and having been detachably removed from the binding. The envelope, containing the detached pre-printed form with information received thereon, is pre-addressed and may be detachably removed from the binding for mailing to a remote location.

Abstract: A binding system for temporarily holding a plurality of individual sheets in a book-like manner with the system having a plurality of individual tabs, each of the tabs having a binding edge, a separation edge, a first surface and a second surface with a flexible binding securing the binding edges of the plurality of individual tabs together as a unit, so the individual tabs can be folded back like a page of a book and an adhesive positioned on said individual tabs to hold a sheet of material thereto as the sheet of material and the tab are folded open like a book.

Abstract: A computer video monitor mask for removable attachment to a computer video monitor having a computer video monitor screen and a front face, comprises a generally planar substantially rigid panel portion having a generally planar front surface, a back surface, a top edge, a bottom edge, and first and second opposed side edges. The computer video monitor mask is attached to the front face of the computer video monitor by way of a hook and loop fastener system such as VELCRO.TM.. A first generally centrally disposed cut-away portion in the back panel is shaped and dimensioned to permit viewing of the computer video monitor screen therethrough when the computer video monitor mask is in place on the computer video monitor. There is optionally provided a removable paper writing surface generally surrounding the computer video monitor screen, wherein a plurality of sheets of paper are secured together in overlying separable relation one over another so as to form at least one pad of paper.

A single sheet form, delineated into two panels, making two two-sided copies, each of which has original writing on one surface, is described. A single sheet form, delineated into an original and a copy panel, making a two-sided copy of an original having original writing on both surfaces is described. A form set having a single sheet delineated into an original un-coated panel and a CF-coated copy panel, and employing a separate CB-coated image-transferring sheet is described.

Abstract: A paper stack protection device is disclosed which has a triangular shaped pocket designed to accept a corner of a stack of papers. A staple through the pocket and the corner of a paper stack secures the pocket to the stack of papers. The top and bottom sides of the pocket provide a long fold back line along the hypotenuse of the front and back sides of the pocket so that the first and last sheets of the stack of papers are inhibited from tearing away from the stack.

Abstract: A folder and writing instrument in combination, wherein the writing instrument is hooked to a front cover or back cover of the folder via a through-hole located on one of said covers. Preferably, the through-hole is located on the back cover and the front cover does not completely overlie the back cover thereby exposing the edge opposite to the spine of the folder. A writing instrument attached to the through-hole in this exposed area can be freely accessed and does not interfere with opening or closing of the front cover.

Abstract: This invention relates to a new type of paper sheet file assembly and the method of inserting the individual sheets therein.A multiple element fastening sheet block initially attached to the file itself provides the capability of immediate placement of a letter or other paper document within the file, without requiring use of other preliminary modifying implements such as a two-hole punch.

Abstract: A telephone directory holder and binder spine is designed for use with telephone enclosures. The directory holder comprises a separable directory holder unit which may be inserted in a directory at a site distant from the binder spine which is fixed to the telephone enclosure. The holder unit further comprises cables spanning first and second cable holders. The cable is releasable at one end from a holder to permit individual cable placement within the directory. Engagement of the first and second cable holders with the binder spine secures the holder unit with directory to the binder spine. Pre-placement of the directory holder unit within the directory at an off-site location is thus provided to enhance directory replacement.

Abstract: A document carrier assembly for processing a plurality of documents through a microfilming machine is provided which includes a web of paper having an upper and lower surface, at least the upper surface having a low tack adhesive layer applied thereon; a liner overlying the upper surface of the web and the low tack adhesive layer, the liner having a self-contained carbonless coating on an upper surface thereof; and a clear plastic film overlying the liner. The carrier assembly may be formed with a mirror image construction on the opposite side thereof to create a double sided carrier.
