The subscripts x and x', which are identical or different, represent a number between 1 and 10. The concentrate also includes from 10 to 40% by weight of at least one fatty alcohol of the formula R.sub.1 OH, R.sub.1 being a saturated or unsaturated linear or branched aliphatic radical containing from 8 to 22 carbon atoms.
