Swinging Patents (Class 52/32)
  • Patent number: 4968581
Abstract: Photoresist compositions suitable for deep UV and excimer laser lithography are disclosed that are mixtures of a photoacid and a polymer having imide residues to which acid labile groups are attached. These compositions provide high resolution, high contrast and high sensitivity in the deep UV (wavelength of 250-300 nm), mid-UV (wavelength of 300-350 nm) or conventional (wavelength of 350-450 nm) exposure bands. The compositions are also suitable for exposure at wavelengths commonly associated with excimer laser sources (248, 308 nm) or for exposure by X-radiation.In the compositions disclosed, the imide group ##STR1## can be blocked with certain groups, X, to form compounds containing the structure ##STR2## which have solubility properties different from the unblocked imide. These groups, X, can be cleaved by acid under the proper conditions to regenerate the unblocked imide.

  • Patent number: 4870948
Abstract: A peripheral wall assembly is provided defining a horizontal passageway therethrough and including a horizontally swingable wall section for opening and closing the passageway. An inverted generally U-shaped support is centrally disposed within the boundary of the wall assembly and the lower ends of the inverted U-shaped support are pivotally mounted for swinging of the support in a vertical plane between an upright position and a horizontal position with a mid-height portion of the support extending through the passageway. The wall assembly is constructed of fire retardant material. Further, latch structure is provided for maintaining the inverted U-shaped support in an upright position and an upper portion of the support mounts a simulated well rope winding member therefrom.

  • Patent number: 4840000
Abstract: A modular salon station has cabinet sections that lock together to form a section approximating that of a hexagon segment and having three sides. Within the partial enclosure made by the three cabinets a recliner/chair is movable on a bifurcated trace mechanism that is located in the floor of the salon station. A patron is moved from one module to another by the recliner/chair bifurcated track mechanism.

  • Patent number: 4809469
Abstract: A frame-and-clip assembly utilized in the installation of a door frame to a compartment used for storage, baggage or the like, such as found in a recreational vehicle or other shell-like camper housing, although adaptable to compartments in other housings as well. The frame member includes first and second legs extending in opposite directions but joined by a spacer member between them, and a notch located in the corner region of the first leg and the spacer member. The second leg is adapted to engage the outer wall surface of a wall section forming the exterior boundary of the compartment. The clip gripping member comprises generally an upright member mounted on a base and extending over the length of the first leg, a barb on the base for attaching to the notch and a flange and lip for wrapping around the distal end of the first leg. A thinner cross-section in the base, adjacent the gripping member, facilitates the assembly.

  • Patent number: 4149347
Abstract: A lowerable mast comprising first and second sections, the first section being anchorable at one end in an anchoring position, the second section being pivotally connected intermediate its ends to the first section by a pivotal interconnection with portion of its one end in overlapping relationship with at least portion of the first section in any of its pivotal positions, opposed inwardly directed faces of the overlapping regions of the first and second sections providing sliding co-operative faces for supporting the second section relative to the first section.

  • Patent number: 4026434
Abstract: A swing down closet comprises a generally box-like closet body which can be swung from an upper rest position to a lower work position while remaining generally upright, the closet being especially adapted for mounting in the entrance to a stairwell. A pair of parallel support members are mountable to the end wall of the entrance and each pivotally carries one end of a corresponding support arm, the other end of which is pivotally attached to a corresponding side of the closet body proximate the top thereof. Spring return means connected to the arm and to the end wall or the support members provide a force to return the closet body to the rest position. Automatic latch means on the support members engage the support arm at the "work" position to prevent unwanted return motion of the body. The latch means are actuated by downward movement of the closet body and released by further downward movement, after which the closet body may return to its rest position under the influence of the spring return means.
