Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of a duct support assembly. The duct support assembly can include a frame structure and a duct support. The duct support can be configured to be installed in a floor assembly between a first beam portion of a first wall frame and a second beam portion of a second wall frame and to provide a duct exit from the frame structure. The duct support can be configured to transfer a tension and/or compression load. Also disclosed herein are embodiments of a method of using a duct support to provide a duct exit from a frame structure. The method can include positioning the duct support in a floor assembly between a first beam portion of a first wall frame and a second beam portion of a second wall frame.

Abstract: A floor element for forming building floors, which is designed in the form of a wood/reinforced concrete composite part, includes at least two wood beams (1-4) extending parallel to each other in a longitudinal direction of the floor element and a reinforced concrete body (5), which has a plate-shaped section (6) resting on the wood beams (1-4). Furthermore, the reinforced concrete body (5) has first and second sections designed in the form of edge beams (7, 8), which extend at an angle to the wood beams (1-4) and lie against the opposite end faces (9, 10) of the wood beams (1-4).

Abstract: A component building system that is cost effective and flexible enough to be adapted for single story to multi-stories building structures. The component system comprises of mostly standardized open rib wall panel components and floor panel components. The basic open rib wall panel component's design is comprised of a cementitious sheathing with a narrower back supporting frame attached to it to create cavities on the side of panel for concrete to form studs when the panels are assembled and concrete is pour in cavities.

Abstract: A concrete form comprises cross members, plywood, and metal studs. The studs include a front wall, a rear wall, and a pair of side walls, the walls arranged to form a generally rectangular cross-section. A pair of inner walls extends between and perpendicular to the pair of side walls. A pair of flanges extends from the side walls. The flanges are aligned with each other and positioned between the front wall and the pair of inner walls. A portion of each stud is adapted for complementary engagement with the cross members. The cross members are attached to at least one of the inner walls and the flanges of the cut portion of the studs, and the plywood is mounted to the rear wall.

A pair of opposing sidewalls are disposed proximate the upper surface. Each of the sidewalls has a first position in which the sidewall is located substantially in a vertical plane. First and second opposing bulkheads are disposed proximate the upper surface, each having a respective first position in which the bulkhead is located substantially in a vertical plane. The bulkheads are arranged to abut the pair of opposing sidewalls so that the inner surfaces of the sidewalls, the bulkheads, and the upper surface of the base define a form for receiving concrete to make the precast concrete wall section. The first bulkhead is configured for movement so as to vary a first dimension of the form, and thus the dimension of the concrete wall section.
