    Abstract: The present invention discloses a photocurable composition for forming an anti-fogging coating, comprising: (A) a urethane compound containing at least two (meth)acryloyl groups and a polyoxyalkylene chain in a molecule thereof, (B) a compound having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups and at least two hydroxyl groups in a molecule thereof, obtained by reacting at least two components consisting of an epoxy compound and (meth)acrylic acid, (C) a compound having an ethylenic unsaturated group other than the components (A) and (B), and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, and also discloses a method for forming an anti-fogging coating using this composition.
