    Abstract: The invention relates to a method of packaging or a device for packaging an electronic component, such as semiconductor device, whereby the component is positioned in a cavity of a foil by tweezers and is supported by means of a further foil which is attached to the foil at one side thereof. According to an example embodiment, the component is first placed into the cavity of the foil by the tweezers, and only after that is the further foil positioned adjacent thereto and attached to the foil. The tweezers are moved through the foil to pick up the component, hold it, and move it into the cavity. A feature of this embodiment is that the component may be temporarily supported by a supporting means after being positioned in the cavity and before being attached to the further foil and the foil with the component is moved in a longitudinal direction of the foil.

A string of separate packages optionally may be enclosed in a cardboard or other container designed to sit in a pantry or other location for dispensing of individual units. Perforations in the packaging film between separate packages provide a tear point to aid in separating one package from the next. There are several advantages to this format including easy placement of the string of packages into a carton for shipping or dispensing, and the ability to hang a string of packages in locations without the need to attach the packages to a backing strip. The perforations between packages facilitate the packaging and transportation of the entire string or bandolier, and facilitate the removal and use of a separate package.

    Abstract: A recycling strip for holding, storing, toting, and returning empty recyclable plastic bottles, for instance, soft drink bottles. The strip has a plurality of collar holes distributed uniformly and unilinearly along the strip. The collar holes have a diameter sligthly larger than the outside diameter of a common plastic bottleneck. The collar holes have radial slits forming collars which enable a bottleneck flange to be engaged in the strip. The strip is then used for transporting engaged bottles and can be recycled with the bottles. The strip may be loaded in a dispenser which provides a convenient means of storing the strip. The dispenser also holds the strip securely so that a bottle may be engaged in the strip with a single one handed motion. Furthermore the dispenser provides an engagement mechanism, which aligns a collar hole in the strip with the collar openning of the dispenser and prevents the strip from uncontrolled travel out of the dispenser.
