Co-axial Wheels Central Cut Patents (Class 56/253)
  • Patent number: 11375660
Abstract: According to examples, a machine may include a base housing and a handle assembly mounted to the base housing and extending at an angle from the base housing along a handle plane. The handle assembly may include a mating component having a plurality of slots arranged at multiple angular positions along a slot plane, the slot plane being parallel to the handle plane. The mating assembly may also include a handle segment rotatably mounted to the mating component, the handle segment housing a locking member, in which the handle segment is rotatable along the slot plane relative to the base housing and the locking member is removably insertable into a first slot of the plurality of slots when the handle segment is in a first angular position and is removably inserted into a second slot of the plurality of slots when the handle segment is in a second angular position.

  • Patent number: 10986771
Abstract: Disclosed is a manual granule spreader including: a main body including a wheel and a handle bar; a hopper having a plurality of discharge chutes; a spreading module having a spreading roller so as to spread the granules via first spreading means; a power transmission means. According to the granule spreader, manpower applied to the wheel is used to spread granules in the hopper in a predetermined amount in a single direction or opposite directions for drill seeding or for broadcast seeding, whereby workforce is saved, granules are prevented from being wasted, and the direction, angle, and length of the spreading means are adjusted, and a flexible driving wire is used to transmit power for spreading granules, which allows a vertical spreading position of the granules to be easily controlled by a vertical position adjustment of the hopper.

  • Patent number: 8850783
Abstract: A reel mower has a double A arm suspension that lowers a reel cutting unit into a cutting position in a tail down orientation and that levels the reel cutting unit out as it lifts the reel cutting unit into a transport position. The reel cutting unit yaws during turns about a substantially vertical axis having a negative caster angle. The suspension has clamps that can be flipped open or closed to quickly attach or detach the reel cutting unit. A drive motor can be quickly attached or detached to the reel cutting unit using a pivotal wire form. An active counterbalance system automatically offsets the increasing weight of a grass basket on the reel cutting unit to maintain quality of cut. The grass basket maintains a constant spacing relative to the reel cutting unit when the reel cutting unit pitches to improve clipping collection.
