Rear Delivery Patents (Class 56/350)
  • Patent number: 5639337
Abstract: Apparatus is provide for the fabrication of fiber composites composed of a fiber-reinforced vitreous or glass-ceramic matrix by winding fibers preimpregnated with constituents of the matrix onto a mandrel. The apparatus includes a furnace into which a winding mandrel can be introduced; elements for driving the mandrel in rotation around its axis inside the furnace; transit elements including a slot parallel to the axis of the mandrel positioned in the wall of the furnace for delivering fibers into the furnace; elements including a head for delivering fibers from supply spools positioned outside the furnace to the mandrel inside the furnace via the transit elements; and elements for actuating and controlling delivery of fibers and driving in rotation of the mandrel comprising elements for actuating and controlling the elements for driving the mandrel and the head for delivering the fibers as a function of winding parameters.

  • Patent number: 5247785
Abstract: A loading device (1) for feeding cereal crop material, picked up from the ground by a gathering drum (8), into a loading vehicle (2) comprises a conveying drum (12) in a conveying channel (10) which latter is substantially perpendicular and terminates approximately at the level of a loading surface (7) of the loading vehicle (2), and thereafter comprises a horizontal or slightly inclined conveying channel (13) extending into the loading vehicle (2), conveying elements (14) driven in revolving fashion being arranged in this conveying channel (13).

  • Patent number: 4976095
Abstract: A compost windrow turner that uses an elevating conveyor to pick up, mix and aerate the composted material and then redeposit the material. The machine is moved by attachment to the loader bucket of a tractor which then moves and controls the operation of the machine. The machine is firmly held in place by a clamping mechanism that is hydraulically powered. The tractor can also be used to transport the machine or load it onto a transport carrier. The machine also has an attachment for separating plastic trash bags from their contents as they pass through the machine.

  • Patent number: 4033101
Abstract: In the interval between successive press cycles, crop material is picked up from the field and loaded into the stack-forming body of the machine. However, upon initiation of a press cycle, crop material, which continues to be picked up as the machine is advanced, is diverted into an accumulating chamber and collected within the latter until termination of the press cycle. Thereupon, the accumulation is discharged for recycling through the pickup and loading mechanism to be delivered into the forming body along with previously uncycled material. Alternative embodiments involve discharging the accumulation onto the ground ahead of the loader for pickup by the latter a second time, and discharging the accumulation either directly into the front or rear of the loader at a point above the ground.
