A method of manufacturing the same includes rounding a piece of metal to form rotation-axis symmetric bodies 22 and connecting the rotation-axis symmetric bodies 22 in a chain-like manner with connecting shafts. Each of the connecting shafts has connecting heads on both end portions. Each of the rotation-axis symmetric bodies 22 has a butt seam 24 in a direction of a rotation axis of the rotation-axis symmetric body and a weld part 25 at at least one part of the butt seam 24.
Abstract: A jewelry article includes an elongated support and a multiplicity of beads strung along the support. At least one of the beads constitutes a locking bead consisting of a substantially closed hollow shell with a pair of aligned holes sized to slideably receive the support. A heat-shrinkable plastic tube is positioned inside the shell with its opposite ends captured by portions of said shell around the holes. The tube has a heat-deformed inner wall which substantially conforms to the support so as to permanently anchor the bead to the support. A method of stringing the locking bead is also disclosed.
Abstract: A sliding-type faster for accessary chain has a hollow sphere having a pair of through holes, an elastic disk having a hole provided in the hollow sphere, and an accessary chain that slides into the through hole of the elastic disk. The outer diameter of the elastic disk for inserting the accessory chain is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow sphere so that the outer surface of the elastic disk does not press tightly against the inner wall surface of the hollow sphere. Material such as polyurethane having high elasticity can be used for the elastic disk. The elastic disk can easily be installed in the hollow sphere by pressing or rolling it into a ball. Because of its increased thickness, the elastic disk will not slip out from the hollow sphere and achieve a long life.
Abstract: A chain has chain links (110) having basically spherical geometry (116) and four flattened surfaces (118) equally distributed in the circumferential direction. A chamber (120) is formed in the chain links (110) in which a connecting member (112) is retained. A back side of the chain links (110) is furnished with a spherical joint surface (124). The connecting member (112) has on its side remote from the said joint surface (124) a head (150) which is furnished with a concave joint surface (162) which runs spaced apart from the outer surface of the chain link (110) and interacts with a complementarily convex joint surface (143) which is carried by the adjacent chain link (110) in the interior of the chamber (120).
Abstract: A string of beads with deformable connecting pieces which extend between each pair of adjacent beads and which are secured to the beads, wherein the connecting pieces are plastics threads or flexible wires.
Abstract: Jewelry items such as rings, bracelets and necklaces are made of pop beads of novel construction. The structure includes a spherical body from which extends an elongate, flexible neck having a ball formed on its distal free end. The neck is sufficiently long to enable it to be formed into a loop so that it can be press fit into a socket formed on the opposite side of the same spherical body, and the neck is adapted to receive a plurality of strung beads. In a second embodiment, the neck is not long enough to enable it to be formed into a loop, but is sufficiently long to receive at least on strung bead so that Jewelry items are made by connecting a plurality of the pop beads together with strung beads being positioned between the respective spherical of the pop beads.

Abstract: A manipulatable beaded string toy device comprising of a plurality of interconnectable elements, each element including a number of beads disposed on a cord. When the plurality of interconnectable elements are interconnected, a junction formed comprises at least four beads, two from each cord, each of the at least four beads is in contact with at least three other beads of the junction.
Abstract: An ornamental chain made up of successive elements, in which at least one of said elements includes a hollow body inside which an insert is fixed that is designed to retain a link member that is linked to an adjacent element of the chain, said insert being constituted by at least one sleeve. The sleeve includes a slot that is wide enough to enable the shank of the link member to pass therethrough.
Abstract: An ultrathin transmission mechanism for all types of automobile power windows is provided, in which the gears thereof each is formed at its shaft hole periphery with two laterally outward projected flanges for positioning the gears on the transmission mechanism with reduced overall width or thickness required for mounting the transmission mechanism. A transmission chain thereof is partially coated at its cord segments exposed between every two ball-type teeth with a layer of material the same as that used to make the ball-type teeth, thereby preventing the transmission chain from becoming extended even after a long term period of use and to always provide high-precision displacement.
Abstract: A method of making an enamel bead and resulting bead which includes the provision of a short length of copper tubing forming a bead core member wherein the copper tubing is heated to a red hot state and rolled in copper enamel flux one or more times to coat the tubing following which the flux coated tubing is again heated to a red hot state and rolled in particulate enamel material to coat the tubing externally with enamel material, then heating the enamel material coating until it melts and is distributed throughout the tubing outer surface in the desired bead configuration and finally cooling the enamel coating to form a highly durable bead having a copper tubing core with an outer layer of enamel of a selected color.
