  • Patent number: 7367957
Abstract: A vibration training apparatus includes a base, a swinging link rod module and a driving mechanism. The swinging link rod module installed on the base has a driving mechanism for driving several swinging link rods for a link rod movement. An eccentric transmission shaft driven by a motor drives the swinging link rod module to produce a linear vibration during the swinging process, and matches with the rotation speed of the motor to drive a support stand to produce vertically up-and-down displacements with vibrations of different frequencies. An adjusting device can be installed between the swinging link rod module and the base for changing the swinging amplitude of the swinging link rod module, such that the driving mechanism can drive the swinging link rod module to linearly change the vibration amplitude and achieve a whole-body vibration effect to stimulate internal organs and improve muscle strengths and blood circulations.

Abstract: An assembly comprising of spiral sub-assemblies, each provided with plastic rollers and connected to an output shaft of a gearbox attached to a swinging beam, is mounted to a seat frame with two vertical wires. Two adjustable cables are connected to the swinging beam-ends, and press the spiral assembly rollers against the seat-back cover by bending the vertical wires. The rotation of the spiral assemblies moves the contact points of the rollers with the seat-back cover up and down, creating a massage effect throughout the seat-back cover.

Abstract: A massaging device includes a housing, a motor, a cover, and an operation mechanism. The operation mechanism includes a rotation member secured on the rotation shaft of the motor to rotate therewith, and a massaging member pivotally mounted on the rotation member to move therewith. Thus, the massaging surface of the massaging member is rotated about the rotation shaft of the motor in an eccentric manner to move in the normal rotation direction and is rotated about the pivot shaft of the rotation member to move in the reverse rotation direction so as to provide a double massaging effect to the human body, thereby enhancing the massaging effect.

  • Publication number: 20070203436
Abstract: Disclosed are devices capable of performing a massage and wash on a scalp or massage on an affected area gently and effectively by a brush section or a treating section thereof. A plurality of projections are integrally formed on a surface of a flexible body plate of brush section, so that the projections are symmetrical with respect to an axis line A and an axis line D of the projection is perpendicular with the surface of the body plate. An edge of the body plate is fixed on a frame. A motor serving as a drive section is activated allowing a reciprocating drive means to repeatedly deform the body plate coupled thereto between an upwardly-deflected curved concave position and a downwardly-deflected curved convex position along the axis line A, thereby allowing each distance among a plurality of the projections to open and close-repeatedly to provide an repetitive action of kneading and pushing/stretching the scalp. Accordingly, the scalp massage and the scalp and hair wash are achieved.

  • Patent number: 7153282
Abstract: An improved massaging device for obtaining a massaging effect similar to an actual finger massage. Multiple finger-like implements provide soft wide area skin contact, and generate a vibratory motion consisting of a pulling massage combined with a lateral side motion. The device comprises means of reciprocally moving rows of massaging implements in opposition while reciprocally moving each row in combined normal and parallel unison. In one embodiment, the lateral opposing motion is combined with the normal pulling motion by means of lifting curved implements through fixed but adjustable spaced narrow openings. The lifting motion is generated from an eccentric mechanism, which when rotatably driven, may also produce the lateral parallel motion. Lateral parallel motion amplitude may be adjusted relative to the pulling motion by choice of eccentric dimensions.
