Abstract: A multipurpose multi-surface scraping tool to facilitate removing gum, grease, wax, and other such materials from the surface of carpet, grout, tile, concrete and the like. The tool has an ergonomically correct, lightweight handle with a replaceable scraper blade removably attached thereto. The handle may be formed from aluminum, plastic, or another lightweight material. The scraper blade is typically formed from stainless steel or another, wear resistant material and has scrapping teeth disposed on an outer edge thereof. The scraper blade is removable from the handle to allow re-sharpening or replacing. The opposite end of the handle structure is configured as a wrench for loosening and tightening jets on a carpet cleaning wand. The wrench may be an open end or box configuration. The combination of the scraping and wrench functions allows an operator to carry only one tool to perform frequently required operations in the course of cleaning a carpet.

Abstract: A firearm servicing tool comprises a hinge piece, a fixed size wrench head, and first and second handle portions. The wrench head is attached and fixed in position relative to the hinge piece. Each of the first and second handle portions is pivotally connected to the hinge piece. The handle portions are movable relative to each other and relative to the wrench head in a manner such that the tool can be selectively reconfigured into at least first and second alternative configurations. The first and second handle portions engage each other and surround the wrench head when the tool is in the first configuration. The first and second handle portions engage each other with the wrench head extending outwardly therefrom when the tool is in the second configuration.

Abstract: A bicycle chain replacement part holder. In an embodiment, the part holder is a generally parallelepiped shaped resilient urethane rubber block with slight notches at the corner suitable for releasably securing the part holder in an interference snap-in fit pattern with the interior perimeter walls of a part holder aperture in a chain linking tool. Alternately, the part holder may be provided for separate use in a stand alone fashion. In an embodiment, a thru hole aperture is provided in the parts holder for use with a securing device, such as a key chain, so that the parts holder can be reliably secured to a known location, especially in the event that the parts holder is not secured to and within a chain linking tool.

Abstract: An apparatus for maintaining shoe cleats and cleaning the face of golf club heads that has an elongated brush mounted on a stem emanating from a first side of a brush unit and a plurality of bristles emanating from a second side of the brush unit. When not in use, the elongated brush stores in a storage cavity that is part of a separate cleat removal fixture. The cleat removal fixture and brush unit a held together by a friction fitting.

Abstract: An integrated module frame and racking system for a solar panel is disclosed. The solar panel comprises a plurality of solar modules and a plurality of splices for coupling the plurality of solar modules together. The plurality of splices provide a way to make the connected modules mechanically rigid both during transport to the roof and after mounting for the lifetime of the system, provide wiring connections between modules, provide an electrical grounding path for the modules, provide a way to add modules to the panel, and provide a way to remove or change a defective module. Connector mount assemblies are provided on the sides of the modules to simplify the electrical assembly of modules when the modules are connected together with splices and to simplify the final connection of external wiring to the module.

Abstract: A multi-function tool having a handle portion and a plurality of structures operable therewith for the performance of a plurality of functions. The multi-function tool allows fast and convenient transition between any of the plurality of functions in order to enable completion of jobs or tasks requiring such functions without acquisition, storage, and/or maintenance of a plurality of specialized tools.

Abstract: The invention provides a demolition utility tool that can be used in many ways for the demolition of materials and/or for the manipulation of clamps valves, nuts, or other hardware. The tool includes a handle having a head at one end. The head has a longitudinal central plane that bisects the head, a strike contact face, and toothed, stepped grasping jaws that accommodate multiple sizes of material. The demolition tool may include a fixed wrench element and/or a spanner wrench element on the head. The demolition tool may also include a bent end pry bar at a second end of the handle that is offset 90 degrees from the longitudinal central plane of the tool head enabling full range of motion without interfering with other tool functions. The bent end pry bar may include a slot between located between its forked end for manipulating gas shut-off valves.

Abstract: A conveyor chain pin remover includes a gear case with an attached handle, an actuating lever, a ratchet mechanism engaged by the actuating lever and first and second aligned passthrough openings. A retaining bar, is attached adjacent a first end to the gear case and has a chain retaining fixture located adjacent a second end. The chain retaining fixture has a barrier portion located orthogonally to the retaining bar and has a central aperture located in the barrier portion. A ram has a pin punch portion located at a first end and a rack portion extending substantially from a second end toward the pin punch portion. The rack portion fits slidably through the first and second aligned passthrough openings with teeth of the rack portion engaging the ratchet mechanism. The pin punch portion fits slidably through the central aperture and is smaller in diameter than pins of a roller chain.

Abstract: A bicycle chain splitter comprises a splitter body, an actuating member and a guiding member. The splitter body includes a guiding hole and a through hole that are aligned with each other. Between the guiding hole and the through hole is formed an assembly space for holding the chain. The actuating member is forced to move in the guiding hole of the splitter body. The guiding member is pre-inserted into the through hole of the splitter body and the assembly holes of the chain. The positioning pin is pushed by the actuating member into the assembly holes of the chain under the guidance of the guiding member.

Abstract: A multipurpose skateboard tool comprising two separable substantially flat elongated members and a separable chain. The first substantially flat elongated member comprises a socket within one end, a wrench within the opposite end, and a keyway and at least one through hole within the middle portion. The second substantially flat elongated member comprises a wrench within one end, a screwdriver bit on the opposite end, and a rivet and at least one through hole within the middle portion. The two substantially flat elongated members may interlock together via the keyway and rivet mechanism for compact and flat storage. When interlocked, the chain may be inserted through adjacent through holes to prevent separation of the two substantially flat elongated members.

Abstract: The invention relates to a foldable tool set installed with a chain repair tool. The tool set has a housing and foldaway tools pivoted on the housing. The chain repair tool comprises a main body and an ejector pin screwed on top of the main body. The chain repair tool is pivoted on the tool set and can be folded within the tool set or lifted outward. In addition, an arm is included and one end of it is pivoted on one side of the chain repair tool to control movement of the chain repair tool. The chain repair tool and the arm are folded together in the housing. Accordingly, operation of disassembling and reassembling of chains can be conducted with this tool set without any other required tools.

Abstract: A tool for inspecting a trailer kingpin and adjusting a fifth wheel hitch includes a plate having at least two mutually substantially perpendicular sides, one side having upper and lower generally rectangular tabs extending therefrom and separated by a space therebetween, the space being dimensioned to snugly receive a kingpin lower flange, the upper tab being dimensioned to be snugly received along a kingpin shank. Opposing this tabbed side is a side having at least one shaped recess for receiving a means for adjusting play in a fifth wheel hitch and transferring the application of torque thereto. The plate also includes a shaped aperture for receiving a kingpin, the shaped aperture having a substantially rectangular wide portion and a substantially rectangular narrow portion.

Abstract: A ratchet arrangement of a chain splitter comprises a rotating rod integrally formed at a side of the ratchet wrench, and the rotating rod is to be screwed in a threaded hole of a splitter body. The ratchet wrench can reduce the required revolving space and the whole packing of the chain splitter, thus saving the required space when transporting the packed chain splitter.

Abstract: A bladed spoke wrench device used to retain the orientation of a bladed bicycle spoke to prevent unnecessary torsional displacements from being applied to the spoke during spoke tensioning and adjustment. The bladed spoke wrench includes two spoke retention slots of different widths to accommodate the most common bladed spoke thicknesses. The spoke retention slots extend both through the thickness of the tool on both sides and along one face of the tool, allowing the user to orient the tool in any of several ways that the user finds comfortable and efficient during use. The tool also includes one or more hook shaped areas that are adapted to open a bottle and further includes an opening at one end that defines a ring useful for attachment of the bladed spoke wrench to a peg on a tool board, a key ring or other hook.

Abstract: A chain link remover includes a base having an opening formed by an anvil and having a screw hole for threading with a threaded shaft which has a link ejector rod to remove the chain link pin from the chain. A support device is disposed in the base to support the chain in the opening of the base, and to retain the chain between the anvil and the threaded shaft, and thus to allow the chain link pin to be easily disengaged or removed from the chain without holding by the users. The support device includes two pawls to engage with and to support the chain between the anvil and the threaded shaft, with such as resiliences.

The air cap has air horns extending from its face to provide flows of air to aid in atomizing and shaping the atomized particle stream. The method and apparatus contemplate providing a device having at least one first opening adapted to receive the horns and a first level for indicating when the horns received in the at least one first opening are in a desired orientation.

Abstract: A cylindrical repair tool has each end configured as a handle, with each handle being separable from one another. One handles is provided with a shaft with a wrench, that, when fully extended, can pivot 90°. At least two diametrically opposed LEDs are arranged on each side of the aperture. On the side of this one handle, hex wrenches and a screw driver can be magnetically held or stored parallel to the shaft central axis. The other handle of the tubular repair tool is a two-part casing that can pivot open to allow access to a variety of tools pivotally mounted inside the casing.

Abstract: The reversible magnetic ratcheting spud wrench is a spud wrench having a ratcheting head in place of the typical open-ended U-shaped wrench head. The combination ratcheting spud wrench eliminates the need for a construction worker to use a separate ratchet wrench for securing bolts in the bolt holes of interconnecting steel beams after the bolt holes have been aligned by the spud wrench. The ratcheting spud wrench also includes a milled slot along the handle of the wrench having a magnetic strip disposed in the slot. The magnetic strip allows the wrench to be placed on one of the steel structural beams when it is not being used without having the wrench drop from the work place.

The interior cavity is open at the first end and extends into an interior region of the main body. The interior cavity is bound by a side wall and terminates within the main body at an end wall. The second end of the main body has at least one of a square drive, a socket, and a screwdriver bit, with the square drive for attaching conventional sockets, extensions, and other tools. The second end of the main body thus allows for engagement with various types and sizes of fasteners.

Abstract: A hand tool is usable as a wrench and a hook. One end of the tool has a hand grip and the other end a hook. The hook has a pry tip usable to pry open service vault lids. A wrench socket is disposed on the hand grip. The hook is usable as a handle to rotate the wrench socket on the opposite end of the tool. Maintenance crews can use the built-in wrench to remove bolts from vault lids without kneeling down. The tool can then be reversed and used as a hook to lift the vault lid without bending down to grasp the edge of the vault lid. This can reduce back injuries to maintenance crews. In addition, injuries from snake and spider bites are reduced because maintenance crews need not use their hands to pry open the vault lids.

Abstract: A combination gas cylinder striker and wrench device for use with a gas cylinder having a cylinder valve with a valve stem. The device is made of a striker having a pair of wire frame members that are manipulatable to strike a spark for igniting a flammable gas from a gas cylinder. A gas cylinder wrench is affixed to one of the wire frame members. The gas cylinder wrench has a central portion having an opening therethrough that is sized to interfit with the valve stem of the gas cylinder. The central portion is located at a U-shaped area of the wire frame member to stabilize the affixation of the gas cylinder wrench to the wire frame member.

Abstract: A detachable combination tool includes a first body, a second body, two locking blocks, and an elastic member. Thus, the second body can be detached from the first body easily and conveniently, so that the second body and the first body can be used independently, thereby facilitating the user operating the combination tool. In addition, the detachable combination tool can withstand a larger torque or force during operation.

Abstract: A tool assembly includes a main body having two sidewalls. Two sets of tools are, respectively, rotatably mounted between first ends and second ends of the sidewalls. Each sidewall has an outwardly facing recessed section for detachably receiving a tire repairing tool in the preferred form of a tire lever. Tire patches are received in at least one of the tire levers for proceeding with tire patching when required. At least one of the tire levers includes a driving column for adjusting the bolts to which the tools are rotatably mounted. The tools include a chain repairer that may engage with the driving column of the tire lever for proceeding with chain repair.

Abstract: A power operater “golf-maid” golfshoe cleat cleaning tool. Having a rotating brush connected by a steel hexgon shaft on one end of the brush and two pins on the forward end, to be used to remove and or replace the leats quicker and eaiser than the existing equipment. The “golf-maid” can also be used by the golfer after he is through playing to clean his shoes before placing them in his vehicle. In order to keep the vehicle clean, the “golf-maid” is battery operated and can be carried in the golfers bag.

Abstract: A 4-in-1 tool is disclosed. The tool has an elongate handle having a first end, a second end, and a longitudinal bore. A first socket longitudinally extends from the first end, while a second socket longitudinally extends from the second end. The first socket has a different size than the second socket. An elongated shank is disposed in the longitudinal bore of the handle, and the shank moves within the longitudinal bore. The shank has a screwdriver bit at one end and a security wrench at an opposite end. The security wrench is for engaging a fastener at a demarcation point of a telecommunications network. The elongated shank has at least a first position and a second position. The first position outwardly extends the screwdriver bit beyond the first socket, and the second position outwardly extends the security wrench beyond the second socket.

Abstract: A hand tool includes a function end such as an box end at one end of the handle and a vibration device is connected to the other end of the handle. The vibration device includes a tubular hollow body for receiving a power supply unit, a driving unit and a control switch therein. An eccentric member extends from an end of the driving unit such that when the driving unit is activated, the rotation of the eccentric member shakes the whole handle of the tool. A contact head is connected to an end of the body and protrudes from an outer periphery of the handle so that the rusted nut can be shaken by the contact head to loose the rust on the nut.

A slot way is integrally formed on the body. The body has at least one depression for engaging with the driving member. A positioning portion which is integrally formed with the body has a receiving chamber, a opening is formed through the positioning portion for communicating with the receiving chamber, a steel ball is then retractably defined in the opening of the positioning portion. At least two driving members are detachably received in the slide way of the driving seat and the depressions of the body. A screwdriver bit is detachably received in the receiving chamber of the positioning portion of the body for engaging with a workpiece to tighten or loosen it.

Abstract: A tool assembly for military or police uses with removable interchangeable tool heads and handles. The handles of the tool assembly have connector assemblies at each end of the handle constructed of a cast nylon material impregnated with a dry lubricant and with a dimpled pin connector in the connector assemblies. Each tool head has a bore for receipt of the connector assembly and pin connector. The connector assemblies are constructed of a non-conductive, non-sparking material and the bores on the tool heads for receipt of the connector assemblies are made with close tolerances to provide for overall rigidity and strength of the tool assembly. The handles have a soft, non-conductive, shock absorbing outer covering. The pin connectors on the connector assemblies are oriented with the outer covering of the tool handles to facilitate ease of assembly of the tools in the dark or other adverse conditions.

Abstract: A hand tool is usable as a wrench and a hook. One end of the tool has a hand grip and the other end a hook. The hook has a pry tip usable to pry open service vault lids. A wrench socket is disposed on the hand grip. The hook is usable as a handle to rotate the wrench socket on the opposite end of the tool. Abstract: A magnetic tool structure includes a body having a square end formed with a receiving seat, and a magnetic device mounted on the receiving seat of the body. The magnetic device includes an outer retractable rod secured and hidden in the receiving seat, an inner retractable rod retractably mounted on the outer retractable rod, and a magnetic body secured on the inner retractable rod to move therewith. In use, the magnetic body can be extended outward from the receiving seat of the body and fully inserted into the receiving seat of the body, so that when the magnetic device is retracted and shortened to a minimum length thereof, the magnetic device is fully hidden in the receiving seat of the body.

Abstract: A combination includes a foldable hand tool, an adapter, and an implement. The foldable hand tool provides a pair of handles that are connected with a pin to a pair of pivotally engaged gripping jaws. The implement includes a tool head, such as a ratchet wrench or screw driver, and a male adapter engagement portion. The adapter includes a female tool engagement chamber for receiving the implement; and the adapter includes a pair of spaced apart sidewalls extending from the female tool engagement chamber. An interior surface of each of the sidewalls has a generally U-shaped depression on the interior surface of each of the sidewalls, each of the depressions being shaped to firmly engage one of the pins in the foldable hand tool. Once it has been assembled, the foldable hand tool is connected to the implement through the adapter. The foldable hand tool thereby provides leverage through the handle to manipulate the tool head of the implement.
