In one embodiment, a method may include the steps of reading, by a mobile device, a vehicle identification number (VIN) from a vehicle, transmitting, by the mobile device, the VIN to a diagnostic database, receiving, by the mobile device, an indication that an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic tool is required for a diagnosis of the vehicle, and selecting the OEM diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of the vehicle in response to the indication that an OEM diagnostic tool is required for the diagnosis of the vehicle.

Abstract: Systems are methods are provided for training an automated agent. The automated agent maintains a reinforcement learning neural network and generates, according to outputs of the reinforcement learning neural network, signals for communicating resource task requests. First and second task data are received. The task data are processed to compute a first performance metric reflective of performance of the automated agent relative to other entities in a first time interval, and a second performance metric reflective of performance of the automated agent relative to other entities in a second time interval. A reward for the reinforcement learning neural network that reflects a difference between the second performance metric and the first performance metric is computed and provided to the reinforcement learning neural network to train the automated agent.

The item data is analyzed using speech-to-text software and natural language processing to determine data elements representing items, item features, and language context. Questions are generated using the items and item features, and stored for each item. Answers to the questions have associated counterfeit indication weights. The weights are modified and used to rank the questions as feedback is received about counterfeit items. The ranking determines future question selection, allowing the best questions to continually be identified and provided. The counterfeit item detection system also trains a neural network to detect counterfeit items in images, where the training images are obtained from videos related to the item.

The resource-exchange system monitors and controls resource exchanges on behalf of participants in the resource-exchange system in order to optimize resource usage within participant data centers and computing facilities. By optimizing resource usage, the resource-exchange system drives participant data centers and computing facilities towards maximum operational efficiency.

The online system also determines an amount based on the model for the action and the bid amount for during the time interval and stops increasing the bid amount when the rate of change has less than a threshold magnitude.

Abstract: A computing system includes a network circuit configured to communicate data over a network, an accounts database configured to store information pertaining to accounts associated with a plurality of customers, and a plurality of application programming interfaces (APIs). The computing system also includes an integration circuit configured to receive a plurality of indications from different third parties of third party preferences to integrate different ones of the functionalities into different third party services. The integration circuit is further configured to select different subsets of the plurality of APIs for the different third parties based on functionalities identified via the indications. The integration circuit is further configured to provide, via a first selected subset of the plurality of APIs, information associated with a first functionality to an external device to facilitate access to the first functionality via a first third party service.

Abstract: A decision platform can be a computer-implemented platform for predicting and increasing the likelihood that directed information is relevant to a user or device. The decision platform can have capabilities for predicting rates of interactivity with the directed information updating models, and reacting to directed information inventory changes in real-time without human intervention. The decision platform can use a three-dimensional logistic regression model to predict interactivity based in part on a user interactivity rate, a directed information interactivity rate, and a placement interactivity rate.
