Abstract: A device management application acquires device information at a predetermined frequency from a printing device on a network and generates a device list by adding a newly detected printing device. In the device list, for a printing device on which device information is acquired, the device information is accumulated in association with the acquisition date and time, and for a printing device on which device information is not acquired, information indicating no connection is accumulated as device usage information in association with the acquisition date and time. A report is created based on the information accumulated for printing devices included in the device list.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server for monitoring and tracking user activities based on different events in a security log. The server may retrieve the security log and parse the security log to identify a set of predetermined events for a user based on the event IDs, including logon events, logoff events, and privileged events. Based on the time point when privileged events occur at least partially during the pattern of having more logon events than logoff events, the server may determine when the user starts to work. Based on the time point when the logoff events and logon event starts to show the pattern that there are more logoff events than logon events and the difference increasing into a threshold, the server may determine when the user stops working. The server may generate a heat map indicating different users' work time length.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and processes to configure and facilitate selective and granular multi-customer support access in cloud-based cybersecurity computing environments. A request to authorize a multi-customer support account (MCSA) is received. Customer accounts that include an anchor tenant customer account and several secondary tenant customer accounts as well as a set of applications associated with the customer accounts are identified. The MCSA is configured to selectively access customer accounts and granularly access associated applications by being designated with a set of varying access limits for the anchor tenant customer account and another set of varying access limits for the secondary tenant customer accounts, each set of varying access limits being made applicable to various instances of applications associated with each of those customer accounts.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for facilitating creation, modification, provisioning and transfer of trusted electronic compliance documents. For each of multiple user requests to provide or receive trusted electronic compliance documents, automated operations are performed to determine whether the request is directed to one of a plurality of maintained trusted electronic compliance documents. Each trusted electronic compliance document references information regarding parties to a potential transaction and confers at least partial eligibility for parties to participate in the potential transaction. When it is determined that the request is directed to a maintained trusted electronic compliance document, access to the indicated trusted electronic compliance document is provided, including modifying a copy of the indicated trusted electronic compliance document to include information referenced with respect to an entity associated with the user request and an originator of the trusted electronic compliance document.

A first and second parties' encrypted data sets may include first and second respective encrypted data and associated first and second respective encrypted identifiers. Each of the plurality of elemental identifier components in each component set characterizes a distinct numeric property of the corresponding converted encrypted identifier. Based on various triggers, workstations identified in the workstation assignments display the workstation assignments on a graphical user interface portion of the workstation displays. Dynamically generated changes to the workstation assignments in the schedule record may be generated and displayed in response to real-time change in coverage events.

Once verified, the portable device receives time entries and expense entries, for the at least one or more members of the crew. Business rules are applied to the time entries and expense entries. Once the business rules are satisfied, the time entries and expense entries are stored on the portable electronic device. When the portable electronic device is in proximity to the wireless communication infrastructure, the crew specific information is transmitted to server.

Abstract: In some examples, a service provider may determine from a shift schedule that a first employee is scheduled to work a particular shift at a business within a threshold period of time. The service provider may determine, based on a location of a first mobile device of the first employee, that the first employee is unlikely to arrive at the business in time for the start of the particular shift. In response, the service provider may find a replacement employee to fill the shift of the first employee. For instance, the service provider may send the communication to a second mobile device associated with a second employee that is determined to be within a threshold distance of the business. Alternatively, if the service provider determines that the business is overstaffed on a particular day, the service provider may offer a selected employee an incentive to depart work early.
