Accordingly, the user can obtain the information of nearby information processors unconsciously without performing a special process and, thus, the user can receive services, such as content distribution and communication services, by using the nearby apparatuses based on the obtained information.

When a read request is received, the data item is prepared from the lowest latency nodes according to the reassembly instructions, and a virtual zone is accessed in place of a real zone when the real zone is inaccessible.

Different zoom rates are used for file location, and surrogate sizes allow users to increase the separation between files while still increasing the surrogate sizes.
