Abstract: Systems, methods, and products communicate loan collateral information. A central server receives collateral data that is filtered based on collateral identification information. A problem in the filtered collateral data is identified by applying a set of collateral analysis rules and accessing related supplemental data to detect one or more differences between the filtered collateral data and the supplemental data. A notification is generated that includes descriptions of the problem and the filtered collateral data, and a navigation link to access more information from a source of problem information. The notification is transmitted to a remote computing device based on a destination address, including an internet protocol address. The notification is in a format compatible with the remote computing device.

Abstract: A multimode electronic measuring instrument is provided that includes a ratiometric mode of operation. During the ratiometric mode, a desired dimension is established as a stored reference dimension Xref. After the reference dimension is stored in memory, subsequent ratiometric measurement readouts will equal a current measurement distance Xcurr divided by the reference dimension Xref. A persistent number of decimal places used to the right of the decimal point as seen on a display is determined based on a current reference dimension Xref, an increment used for the least significant digit, and an internal measurement resolution of the multimode electronic measuring instrument.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include a user interface system for allowing a user to quickly and easily change modes of entry and display of mathematical expressions on a math program. The user interface is configured to switch between modes based on a user's entries in order to reflect the user's desired entry format. The user interface contains additional shortcuts and display features which enable a user to enter mathematical expressions quickly and easily, with less confusion.

Abstract: An interface to a dynamically configurable arithmetic unit can include data alignment modules, where each data alignment module receives input variables being associated with one or more arithmetic expressions. The interface can include multiplexers coupled to the data alignment modules, wherein a data alignment module has outputs coupled to a first multiplexer. The first multiplexer can have a selection line and an output coupled to an input port of the dynamically configurable arithmetic unit. The interface can include a second multiplexer having input instructions and the selection line, where each instruction is associated with one of the arithmetic expressions and has an operation to be performed by the dynamically configurable arithmetic unit. The second multiplexer is configurable to provide selected ones of the input instructions to the dynamically configurable arithmetic unit through an output of the second multiplexer responsive to the selection line.

A first set of one or more arrays displays a first operand, a second set displays a second operand, and a third set displays a numeral. The numeral typically represents an answer to the equation. The display of at least one of the first operand, the second operand, or the numeral can be non-right justified. When non-right justification occurs, the array set corresponding to the non-right justified operand or numeral includes at least one more array than is required to display the operand or numeral, and at least one array to the right of that operand or numeral is left inactive.

The interactive user interface comprises, an interactive drop-down menu containing a plurality of questions, the questions relating to various aspects of financial planning, an interactive inputs section containing a plurality of input data fields and selection boxes, the inputs section for configuring a calculative order, a submission function for submitting the calculative order upon completion thereof and a results window for displaying the data results derived from the calculations ordered.
