Abstract: An audience proposal creator determines a target cost per thousand (CPM) baseline and a demographics CPM baseline for a deal offering audience spots, determines deal constraints based on a target CPM reduction goal, a demographics CPM cap, and the established parameters, and generates rates by selling title for each selling title-weeks for a duration of pending deal, and for each network of a plurality of networks based on the constraints. Target and demo audience rating estimates are acquired based on the target and demo applicable to the advertiser for the plurality of networks, and a distribution of the audience spots generated across the plurality of selling title-weeks, and networks based on the target audience rating estimates, a budget for the pending deal, the generated rates, and available inventory per selling title-weeks, and a proposal generated based on the distribution. An audience processor schedules audience spots across one or more networks for selling title-weeks based on the distribution.

Abstract: This application discloses a network management method, device, and system to solve the problem of low efficiency in network management by manual coordination. In one embodiment, the network management method includes: obtaining, by a first network management unit, network management service description information or network management indication information, where the network management indication information is used to determine the network management service description information. The network management service description information includes at least one of a managed object and management operation information, and the network management service description information is used to describe a management service supported by a network. The method further includes sending, by the first network management unit, the network management service description information or the network management indication information to a second network management unit.

Abstract: A method and system for generating highlights from scored data streams is disclosed. According to one embodiment, media content containing time-stamped payloads is received in a data stream from one or more sources. The received media content is recorded in a buffer for a predetermined period of time and sliced into data buckets. For each of the data buckets, a score is assigned according to user-provided keywords. The data buckets are recorded along with the assigned score to generate highlights from the one or more sources using the scores of the recorded data buckets.

Abstract: A computerized system for targeted ad insertion receives a program content stream and detects images in the content stream. The system recognizes at least one visual object within the images and matches the recognized visual object to an advertisement that correlates with the recognized visual object. The system may then select an advertisement that advertises, correlates to, is directed to or is otherwise relevant to products or services falling under the theme, topic, category of interest and/or relevant viewer demographic and inserts an identifier of the matched advertisement at an insertion point into the program content stream. This enables playback of the matched advertisement during playback of the program content stream at a time that correlates to the insertion point into the program content stream of the identifier of the matched advertisement.

Abstract: Systems and methods for incorporating additional material in video content are described. Exemplary methods may include identifying the individual frames within a portion of video content that will be visible during adjusted playback. The methods may include incorporating at least one item of information within at least one of the individual frames identified to produce modified video content. The methods may also include transmitting the modified video content for display.

The scene configuration information includes a correspondence between the live streaming scene identifier and a function plug-in that is configured to provide a predetermined function to a user during display of live streaming content. The live streaming page is generated by adding the function plug-in identified as corresponding to the live streaming scene identifier on a preset basic page according to the scene configuration information. The live streaming page is sent to the live streaming client for presentation.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for advantageously forecasting an inventory of a product having a particular duration (e.g., video content). The technique can include determining the particular configuration (e.g., maximum number of impressions, maximum amount of time permitted) of breaks identified within an impression log. Based on the number of breaks and the configurations of the breaks, the technique can forecast a future inventory of the product. In some implementations, the disclosed technique can identify an amount of a previous break that was not filled with video content. These forecasts can enable product sellers to better communicate with their customers, negotiate supply contracts, price their products, plan for business operations, etc.

Such captured produced content may be designated for the channel. The media title and the produced content may then be broadcast in real-time over the communication network to one or more subscriber devices subscribed to the channel. The media title and the produced content may be synchronized within the broadcast to reflect when the produced content was captured in relation to the media title as the media title was played on the producer computing device.

In some instances, a single region-specific version of a given service may be selected from multiple versions broadcasted nationally.
