  • Patent number: 9874261
Abstract: Disclosed is an anti-impact force apparatus, including an object capable of performing a circular motion, a connecting rod, push rods, a protective plate, a spring, a bearing, a push rod bracket and a base. When the protective plate is subjected to impact, the plurality of groups of push rods can move simultaneously to firstly buffer an introduced linear impact force via extrusion of the spring, then the connecting rod pushes the object capable of performing a circular motion to rotate to convert the linear impact force into a circular motion force, instantly converting the impact force into an anti-impact force, and the push rods are pulled back to an original impact point to push away an impactor, offsetting or weakening damage caused by the impact force.

  • Patent number: 8057346
Abstract: An automatic stepless transmission includes a driving shaft, a driving disk rotatable by the driving shaft, and a clutch assembly rotatable by the driving disk. Two parallel guiding slots are provided on the driving shaft. An eccentric plate with a notch is sleeved onto the driving shaft. A compressible resilient regulation mechanism is disposed between the notch and the driving shaft. The driving disk is installed on the eccentric plate via a bearing. The eccentric plate offsets in relation to the axis of the driving shaft, and at the same time the eccentric plate drives the driving disk offset. The automatic stepless transmission can compress or release the resilient regulation mechanism according to loads. The eccentricity between the eccentric plate and the driving shaft can therefore be adjusted, and the eccentric plate can drive the driving disk to move. Thus, the eccentricity of the driving disk can be regulated without manual work. The transmission has a simple structure and can be operated easily.

  • Publication number: 20110023653
Abstract: The invention comprises a non-rotating shaft for supporting a mechanical element of a roll segment in a continuous casting machine, having an essentially circular cross-section. The circular cross-section presents a portion having a smooth peripheral, wherein the distance between any point of the portion and a center of the circular cross-section is shorter than a radius of the circular cross-section. Furthermore, the circular cross-section presenting the portion extends axially, which defines a section of the shaft meant to a least partly receive the mechanical element, and the section of the shaft is meant to receive a load at least partly at the portion. In addition, according to a second aspect, the invention comprises a segment roll for a continuous casting machine, which comprises the non-rotating shaft according to the first aspect.

  • Patent number: 7770479
Abstract: A vest for a human body has an air core coupled to a pulsator operable to subject the vest to pulses of air which applies and releases high frequency pressure forces to the body. The pulsator has two diaphragms connected to a brushless electric dc motor with rotary to reciprocating linear motion transmitting mechanisms comprising scotch yokes having anti-lash assemblies operable to generate air pulses in an air pulsing chamber. The diaphragms also increase the pressure in a manifold chamber. A check valve connects the manifold chamber with a pulsing chamber to allow pressurized air to flow from the manifold chamber into the pulsing chamber. An air flow control valve in communication with the manifold chamber is used to adjust the pressure of the air in the manifold and pulsing chambers. A programmable motor controller adjusts the duration of operation and speed of the motor to vary the operational time and frequency of the air pulses.
