Abstract: Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein D is ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 is H or SO.sub.3 H, andR.sub.2 is H, halo, CH.sub.3, OCH.sub.3 or --NHCOCH.sub.3, andY is ##STR3## wherein R.sub.3 is H or ##STR4## R.sub.5 is C.sub.1-4 alkyl or monosubstituted by chloro, cyano orhydroxy, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, andR.sub.6 is halo, C.sub.1-4 alkyl or C.sub.1-4 alkoxy, and mixtures of such compounds, which compounds are in free acid or salt form, are useful for dyeing or printing hydroxy group- or nitrogen-containing organic substrates, particularly leather and textiles containing or consisting of natural or synthetic polyamides or of natural or regenerated cellulose, especially textile materials containing or consisting of cotton.
Abstract: The dyes of the formula I given in claim 1 are suitable for dyeing furs and especially leather. They are preferably used in admixture with one or more suitable yellow, blue or red dyes for dyeing leather in dark shades.
Abstract: The invention relates to reactive dyes of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or unsubstituted or substituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl or phenyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or unsubstituted or substituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, R.sub.3 is hydrogen, cyano, carbamoyl or sulfomethyl, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are each independently hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, halogen, carboxy or sulfo, X is fluorine, chlorine or bromine, and Z is an unsubstituted or substituted benzthiazolyl-(2)-phenyl radical, which are suitable for dyeing or printing cellulosic fibers and produce brilliant greenish yellow dyeings.
Abstract: The invention describes a process for the preparation of formulations of metal complex dyes by means of a membrane separation process, which process comprises adding an anionic surfactant to the hot synthesis solution of over 50.degree. C. of the metal complex dye before, during or after the final step of the synthesis, and cooling the solution to a temperature not lower than 20.degree. C. before the membrane separation process. The formulations so obtained are suitable for the preparation of dyebaths, padding liquors or printing pastes which may be used in particular for dyeing and printing textile material made of natural and synthetic polyamide.
Abstract: The dyes of the formula I indicated in patent claim 1 are suitable for dyeing furs and especially leather. They are preferably used as a mixture with a blue dye and a yellow dye for dyeing leather by the trichromatic process.
