Shaped To Conform To Work Patents (Class 83/436.45)
  • Patent number: 7975582
Abstract: A device for cutting flat strips of desired width from relatively elongate material is described. Methods of using the strip cutting device are also described. Embodiments of the strip cutting device are adapted to readily cleave a leg from L-shaped material to produce flat strips. Some embodiments are adapted to precisely and accurately cleave flat strips of material to produce narrower flat strips.

  • Publication number: 20110010945
Abstract: A cable slitter comprises a support frame and slitting wheel operatively mounted on support frame in position to slit a cable driven longitudinally along the slitting wheel. A rotatable drive wheel is operatively mounted on the support frame for rotation about a substantially horizontal drive axis, in spaced relation from the slitting wheel to together define a substantially longitudinal cable slitting path there between. A slit-adjustment means moves one of the slitting means and the rotatable drive wheel means transversely with respect to the other between a plurality of slitting positions. A drive motor selectively rotates the rotatable drive wheel, to thereby cause a cable in the substantially longitudinal cable slitting path to move forwardly along the substantially longitudinal cable slitting path and engage the slitting wheel, thus causing the cable to be slit.

  • Patent number: 7073420
Abstract: A hydraulic cutting device for a raw aluminum material includes an input tract for transporting the raw aluminum material to a cutting seat to be cut by the incorporation of a movable cutting block and a fixed cutting block. A measuring device is provided to measure the length of the raw aluminum material being cut. After the raw aluminum material is cut, an output cylinder is activated to transport the cut raw aluminum material to an output tract which is driven by a motor via a chain.

  • Patent number: 7032485
Abstract: A shearing apparatus (1) for shearing a plate member (2) is provided with a pair of shearing rollers (20, 20) opposed with each other. These shearing rollers (20, 20) are rotated in opposite directions in a state that the plate member (2) in pinched by and between peripheral surfaces of these shearing rollers (20,20). These shearing rollers (20, 20) are provided with at least one pair of shearing portions (21, 21) to be engaged with each other to shear the plate member (2). These shearing portions (21, 21) are formed on the peripheral surfaces and extend in an axial direction of the roller (20, 20).
