Abstract: A skid for supporting a reciprocating pump assembly, the reciprocating pump assembly including a power end frame assembly having a pair of end plate segments and a plurality of middle plate segments disposed between the end plate segments. The end plate segments each have at least a pair of feet and the middle plate segments each having at least one foot. The skid includes a base and a plurality of pads extending from the base. At least a portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the end plate segment feet and at least another portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the at least one foot of each middle plate segment.

Abstract: A hydraulic drive unit having a center section for a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor mounted in a casing. The center section includes a cylindrical protuberance for locating the center section in the casing, and at least one fastener opening formed in the center section for receiving a fastener engaged to the casing. The drive unit may also include a pair of flat surfaces formed on the center section and adapted to mount with features in the casing, and a bypass shaft extending into the casing and at least partially disposed in the center section.
Abstract: A hydraulic drive device including a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor disposed in a casing and driving an axle having an interior end disposed inside the casing and abutting against an interior surface of the casing to prevent an inward axial movement of the axle shaft. The device further includes an expansion chamber formed in the casing by a plate having a generally flat portion extending generally perpendicular to the plate to form a thumb stop and an indentation sized to accept a human finger to assist during installation of the plate.

Abstract: A piston type pneumatic powered actuator (9) for operating a valve (10) of the expanding gate type wherein velocity of the piston-stem-gate drive train is maintained substantially constant in the latter stage of the actuator stroke. The actuator (9) includes an assembly of dual pistons (61,75) which are adapted to be driven by fluid pressure in one direction to operate the valve but are returned by spring means (66,67) when the fluid pressure is removed. A drive piston (61) directly connected to the actuator stem (23) is nested within a primary piston (75) which is not connected to the actuator stem (23) but moves the drive piston (61) when actuating pneumatic fluid is applied to the actuator (9). A stop (85) affixed to the primary piston (75) is adapted to cooperatively engage the actuator housing (40) to terminate the stroke of the primary piston (75) prior to termination of the stroke of the drive piston (61).
