Passage In Cylinder For Application Of Separate Fluid To Cylinder And Piston Side Wall Interface Patents (Class 92/86.5)
  • Patent number: 8985141
Abstract: In order to achieve seal durability and bring about a damping action for a piston-type pressure regulating valve, a pressure regulating valve of the present invention is characterized by a valve moving member moving in such a manner as to cause communication or block communication between a primary chamber and a secondary chamber within a case, wherein a plurality of central members are arranged between the case and the valve moving member and the plurality of central members are taken to be different materials. It is then possible to bring about both a damping action and seal durability using the central members by providing central members of different materials.

  • Publication number: 20150068395
Abstract: A housing of an axial piston device is provided with a drain port for discharging the retained oil to the outside and a supply oil passage for guiding lubricating oil, which has been supplied from an oil source, toward a first hydraulic axial piston member. The drain port is arranged so as to bring about such a retained-oil level that a second hydraulic axial piston member, which is disposed below the first hydraulic axial piston member, is partially or entirely immersed in the retained oil while the first hydraulic axial piston member is not immersed in the retained oil.

  • Patent number: 7938994
Abstract: In a method of controlling an injection molding machine M which controls specified operational processes in a molding cycle by variably controlling the rotation speed of a driving motor 3 in a hydraulic pump 2 and driving a specified hydraulic actuators 4a, 4b, . . . , in lowering the pressure Pd of the operational process to a specified pressure Pn, the pressure Pd is forcibly lowered by controlling the driving motor 3 in reverse rotation.

  • Patent number: 7757599
Abstract: A sealing arrangement for two relatively movable first and second parts and including a sealing ring positioned in a groove on one of the parts for sealing contact against the other one of the parts, so as to separate a first side of the sealing ring from a second side of the sealing ring, wherein the sealing ring is positioned in a sealing ring seat formed as a groove in the circumference of one of the parts, including liquid supply means for supplying liquid under pressure to the second side of the sealing ring, and means for balancing the pressure of the supplied liquid in the region of the sealing ring, whereby forces on the sealing ring resulting from the pressure prevailing on the first side of the sealing ring are counteracted and balanced in such a way that in operation the sealing ring is essentially free-floating in the groove. The invention also concerns a reciprocating piston device including such a sealing arrangement.

  • Patent number: 7293496
Abstract: A hydraulic linear drive, in particular for a hydraulic transmission actuator, has a piston/cylinder unit in which an adjusting piston is situated so that it is longitudinally displaceable in a cylinder housing and divides a cylinder space into at least two pressure spaces. The pressure spaces can be acted upon by hydraulic oil via controllable pressure supply through hydraulic lines. A sealing ring is situated on the adjusting piston or on the cylinder housing for sealing, the two pressure spaces with respect to one another. The sealing ring is accommodated in a ring groove on the cylinder housing so as to seal with its inside against the adjusting piston. A sealing pressure supply system communicates hydraulic oil to the outside of the sealing ring so as to control the sealing pressure of the sealing ring on the piston surface.

  • Patent number: 7198135
Abstract: A lifting platform for motor vehicles has at least one extendable lifting column that is formed by a tubular jacket and a lifting cylinder unit arranged at least partially therein. The upper end of the lifting cylinder unit supports a load receptacle. The tubular jacket and the lifting cylinder unit are air-tightly connected to one another and form a compressed air storage chamber between the inner wall of the tubular jacket and the outer wall of the lifting cylinder unit. The compressed air storage chamber is provided with a compressed air supply connector and, in the upper end area, with a compressed air outlet connector. The lifting device is preferably an underfloor lifting platform with hydraulic cylinders. A check valve is arranged in the filling direction upstream of the compressed air supply connector.

  • Patent number: 6176171
Abstract: A fuel injection pump with precipitate inhibiting features includes a pump body that defines a flushing fluid inlet and a flushing fluid outlet that open into a plunger bore. A plunger is positioned in the plunger bore and is moveable between a retracted position and an advanced position. The plunger has a first end separated from a second end by a side surface. A portion of the side surface and the plunger bore define a flush connection passage that connects the flushing fluid inlet to the flushing fluid outlet over a portion of the plunger's movement between its retracted position and its advanced position.
