Abstract: Detonating fusecord having silicone oil applied to the transport tape surrounding the PETN explosive core, whereby the subsequent migration of the oil to the PETN improves the water resistance of the fusecord.

Abstract: A color photographic cine or TV film on which a sound recording band or track can be formed without the necessity for a specific additional treatment comprising a film base having thereon at least a silver halide emulsion layer containing a coupler capable of forming a dye by the coupling reaction with the oxidation product of an aromatic primary amino developing agent, and at least one of the emulsion layers of the color photographic material containing a bleach inhibitor in only the portion defined as the sound recording track.
Abstract: A color photographic silver halide light-sensitive material containing a 2-equivalent alpha-acylacetoamide yellow dye-forming coupler and a monoalkylhydroquinone.
Abstract: A multi-layer color photographic light-sensitive material providing clear and sharp color images of improved color reproduction which comprises a support having thereon at least two hydrophillic colloid layers, at least one of the hydrophillic colloid layers being a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, at least one of the hydrophilic colloid layers containing a basic synthetic polymer and at least one of the hydrophillic colloid layers containing a surface active agent represented by the General Formula (II) ##EQU1## wherein D.sub.1 and D.sub.2 each represents an aliphatic group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and M represents a cation; or the General Formula (III).sup.+m'0.sub.3 s.sup.---(o).sub.b-1 --D.sub.3 (III)wherein D.sub.3 represents an aliphatic group having 6 to 40 carbon atoms, M' represents a cation, and b represents 1 or 2.
Abstract: A process for forming an optical sound track which comprises applying a nitrogen containing heterocyclic compound in which at least one of the nitrogen atoms is connected to a group having 6 or more carbon atoms to form a quaternary salt to a sound track area of a multilayer color photographic material, after color development but prior to a bleaching step, whereby an optical sound track can be easily prepared on a conventional multilayer color photographic material.
Abstract: Color film of the silver halide emulsion type is developed by a process which includes a bleach-fixing bath treatment to remove the silver image, followed by an oxidizing bath to restore to the dyes the color which they lost in the bleach-fixing bath. This oxidizing bath must contain an iron-III-complex of an amino polyacetic acid as the oxidizing agent, e.g. the sodium-salt of the iron-III-complex of ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid.
Abstract: Color contrast photographic images may be produced in a photographic element comprising:1. a base2. at least one layer of a silver halide photographic emulsion dispersed in a hydrophilic colloidal binder and reactively associated with at least one color coupler, and3. at least one hydrophilic colloidal binder receptive layer containing dispersed silver condensation nuclei for the formation of colored colloidal silver, reactively associated with said emulsion layer, said nuclei and coupler selected to give rise to substantially differing colorsBy developing said photographic element in the presence of a p-phenylene diamine developer and carrying agent for silver halide.

Abstract: A silver halide photographic photosensitive element having a hydrophilic colloidal layer prepared by dispersing photographic additives in a fatty oil which is liquid at room temperature; which boils at temperatures higher than 250.degree.C under atmospheric pressure; which is soluble in water in a proportion of less than about 10% by weight at 25.degree.C; and which dissolves water in a proportion of less than about 5% by weight at 25.degree.C, and a developing method thereof.
Abstract: An incorporated-coupler type multi-layer color photographic sensitive material comprising a support and at least two photosensitive emulsion layers thereon which form images having a different color from each other on color development, wherein at least one of the photosensitive emulsion layers comprises two or more unit layers, with at least one of the unit layers containing a hydroquinone derivative. Interlayer color correction is obtained in the color photographic sensitive material.
