Abstract: The present invention is a metal caddy, or cart used for the safe transportation of flammable gas cylinders. The caddy exceeds current O.S.H.A safety mandate pertaining to transportation and storage of flammable gas cylinders in that it incorporates into its physical structure, a fully encompassing cylinder cage work and a unique “three point” weight distribution which leave two wheels free-standing, resulting in complete immobility when not in transport. The cart is made with ergonomic consideration. One of the most noted attributions of the caddy is a “built in” fire extinguisher receptor, so as to enable fire suppression capability close at hand.
Abstract: A trimming device carriage system for allowing a user to conveniently utilize a conventional trimming device without requiring significant effort by the user. The inventive device includes a support structure secured to a second base, a pair of handles secured to a first base, and a pair of brackets attached to each of the first base and the second base for removably engaging a trimmer shaft of a conventional trimmer. The support structure comprises a pair of upper legs secured to the second base and slidably positioned within a corresponding pair of lower legs. A plurality of adjustment apertures within the upper legs catchably receive a detent springably attached to the pair of lower legs. The upper legs are pivotally attached to the second base by a pair of second wing fasteners. The pair of handles are pivotally attached to the first base by a pair of first wing fasteners thereby allowing adjustment of the angle of the handles.
Abstract: A portable hose reel cart has a folding handle that is pivotable between an in-use position and a storage position. The cart includes a pair of spaced apart side frames members having a base portion. A rotatable spool is positioned between the side frames and is operably connected thereto for rotation of the spool about an axis of rotation. A folding handle assembly has a pair of spaced apart mounting arms and a gripping portion extending between the mounting arms. Each of the mounting arms is associated with a respective one of the side frame members and the spool is positioned intermediate the mounting arms. The mounting arms are lockable in the handle in-use position by latches that engage their respective side frames. A pair of wheels is mounted to the cart at the base, generally vertically below the handle gripping portion, when the handle assembly is in the in-use position.
