Abstract: A new generation online e-commerce and networking system for transforming global payment landscape from traditional days of settlement into instant payment and settlement is disclosed.
Abstract: A computer-based technology platform with a distributed database and a uniform set of business rules is networked to money remittance transfer companies, banks, financial institutions and related entities that as unified service providers jointly create a one-system, web-based enterprise of global proportions for processing remittances. Cash management banks and clearing banks and institutions in the send and receive countries, global transaction bank for Nostro account management, payment gateway for third party processing of credit card and inter-bank settlements and Treasury Service providers for centralized global treasury services, are among the strategic alliance partners that support the system. There are ancillary service providers such as best practices companies located in every region that ensure due-diligence and compliance, enforcing strict entry barriers for service providers and customers.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present technology relate to an all-in-one integrated transaction platform. An example integrated point of sale (PoS) device comprises a tablet processor, secure processor, and memory for storing executable instructions that comprise a business management system, a housing comprising a plurality of video display screens, wherein a merchant display screen is coupled to at least one customer display screen, a business management system receiving input from the plurality of video display screens, a payment reader, wherein the payment reader is capable of accepting at least magnetic swipe cards, EMV (Europay, MasterCard, and Visa) chip and pin cards, and NFC (near field communication) payment, a barcode scanner, a cash drawer, a printer, an ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant secure keypad, a biometric verification unit, at least one camera, GPS (Global Positioning System), and wired and wireless communication technologies such as but not limited to Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G/4G etc.

Abstract: The invention relates to financial technology, mobile banking and mobile money transfer service industries. The current problem is that it is expensive to install credit/debit card readers at local stores. There is also the issue of risk of exposing card details to skimmers during POS transactions and during filling of forms in online transactions. The present invention simplifies the transaction and allows a user to pay for goods/services at a physical or online store without exposing their card details and without the merchant installing card reader. It also allows for a convenient global mobile-initiated bank to bank transfer of money. The invention may be used for money transfer between accounts that authenticate user's phone number or email addresses. The invention may also be used in the field of security technology to provide access to resources from a mobile device by use of pre-stored access credentials.
Abstract: A method, system, apparatus, and program for real-time and online on-demand shipping/freight management in the global logistics industry using various technologies such as: Global Positioning System (GPS); Satellite feeds; Various cloud-based communication platforms for Simple Message System (SMS), Email, Chat; Blockchain; Own blackbox module; Real-time online payment system; and other related components.
Abstract: A method to authorize, facilitate, and mediate transfer of DRM protected files from one portable multimedia player (1050) to another portable multimedia player (1080), while ensuring appropriate royalty payments are made to appropriate Copyright Owners A source i2i device includes a file transfer counting mechanism for monitoring and disabling the transfer of digital files between portable digital media devices, and further includes hardware for providing a secure Internet interface (1020) capable of connecting the source device a Credit Vendor server (1040) via a network-connected computer (1070) A Credit Vendor (1000) pays a fee to a DRM File Source Company (1010) to obtain virtual credits for transferring DRM files The user connects the source i2i device to the Credit Vendor server (1040) via a global computer network and downloads virtual credits, which authorize and enable the transfer of content between the source i2i device and a target i2i device The Credit Vendor (1000) then pays appropriate royaltie
