Abstract: This application discusses systems and method for entraining oromotor pattern development, such as the suck, in the orofacial system of an infant having neurological impairments or developmental disabilities. The system includes a baglet, an entrainment device, and a processor. In varying examples, the system additionally includes one or a combination of: a baglet pressure sensor, a memory, a timing circuit, a valve, a receiver assembly, a display device, and one or more data acquisition, data analysis, and stimulus-control software. Options and variations for each feature of the system are various. The present systems provide patterned, rhythmic stimulation to the infant's orofacial system to stimulate and entrain brain development, such as oromotor pattern development.

Abstract: Computing resource deployment in one or more non-mutually configurable environments. A deployer has access to one or more manifests associated with one or more environment-specific deployments that are non-mutually configurable with other environment-specific deployments. The deployer is configured to use a set of one or more environment-independent directives and the one or more manifests to generate dynamic configuration information corresponding to the set of one or more environment-independent directives. Furthermore, a deployment compiler is configured to compile at least the generated dynamic configuration information in order to generate a set of one or more deployment instructions. The generated set of one or more deployment instructions are provided to, and structured to be interpretable by, a deployment server that is configured to assist in performing the set of one or more environment-independent directives within one or more of the non-mutually configurable environments.
Abstract: The invention describes a method of purifying polysaccharide protein conjugates using mixed mode chromatography. The method involves contacting a crude polysaccharide protein conjugate with a mixed mode resin comprising an inert porous shell and an activated core under conditions of low conductivity that allow binding of the contaminants and collecting the unbound polysaccharide protein conjugate in a flowthrough.
