The swivel base is pivotally connected with the front strut and the rear strut, and further has a vertical shaft hole for pivotally connecting and supporting the foldable upper frame. The pair of lockable articulated arms is pivotally connected between the front strut and the rear strut, and has a locked position for keeping the collapsible wheeled frame in an un-foldable state and a foldable position for folding the collapsible wheeled frame. The release mechanism is operatively mounted on the foldable upper frame and associates with the pair of lockable articulated arms via a connecting member for actuating the folding of the collapsible wheeled frame and the foldable upper frame.

An actuator is provided on the handle assembly and can be actuated between a lock position and a release position. In the lock position, the grip body is in a fixed position relative to the handle extension. In the release position, the grip body is permitted to move both longitudinally and rotationally relative to the extension axis between a plurality of selectable longitudinal and rotational positions.

The support member may include a lower portion with a pair of mounting locations for mounting the highback to a gliding board component, such as a snowboard binding, and an upper portion movably supported by the lower portion to vary the forward lean of the highback. The lower portion of the support member may be mounted to a snowboard binding baseplate for lateral rotation between a plurality of lateral positions. The highback may include a forward lean adjuster that prevents the upper portion from moving in the heel direction beyond a predetermined forward lean position.

An anti-fold latch mechanism is associated with the stroller seat to move from an inoperative position into a locking position whenever a child is placed into the stroller seat to prevent the fold mechanism from collapsing the frame of the stroller until the child is removed from the seat. The spring device can be configured as a gas spring, a torsion spring, a compression spring or an elastomeric member that can be stretched to exert a biasing force on the stroller frame to urge movement into the collapsed position.
