  • Patent number: 9783928
Abstract: Disclosed is a full-automatic method for manufacturing plant-fiber molding products and margin trimming and molding machines. The invention achieves functions: wet semi-finished product forming, hot press mold solidifying, and automatic margin trimming. The full-automatic method is as below: pulps are continuously made into wet semi-finished products by means of a suck-filter forming device, which is alternatively fed into hot-press molds of the left hot-press mold solidifying device and the right hot-press mold solidifying device after being heated to a certain temperature in hot-press molds for hot-press drying and solidifying. The dried and solidified products fall into the left positioning collecting tray and the right positioning collecting tray respectively from the left hot-press top mold and the right hot-press top mold, and are positioned therein.

  • Patent number: 8747616
Abstract: The invention is directed towards methods and compositions for improving the sizing of paper using PAE. Proper sizing of paper requires that a sizing agent adequately disperse so as to evenly distribute on the paper. Proper sizing also requires that the agent not cause runnability or chemical problems with other materials or equipment used in the papermaking process. PAE displays unexpected attributes that allow it to disperse sizing agents. Best of all it is not subject to the same overdose effect of typical emulsifiers such as cationic starch. As a result PAE is an excellent option for use in sizing paper.

  • Publication number: 20120012271
Abstract: The method and a device is for the dilution of dewatered cellulose pulp that maintains a consistency of 20-30% or greater. By shredding of the pulp to a finely divided dry-granulate, dilution to a homogeneous consistency in the medium consistency range can take place exclusively through hydrodynamic effects from the addition of dilution fluid. The dilution fluid is added to granulate at a position at which granulate is in free fall in a standpipe and above a level Liq.sub.LEV of diluted pulp in the standpipe. A number of nozzles are arranged around the periphery of the stand pipe, directed in towards the centre of the stand pipe, obliquely downwards in the direction of fall of the granulate. It is possible through this simplified procedure to avoid completely the conventional dilution screws, and this reduces the investment costs and operating costs, while at the same time unnecessary mechanical influence of the pulp fibres can be avoided.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for reducing the spreading of additional agent(s) which is/are introduced into the process at a papermaking machine. A flowable paper pulp including fibres and a process liquid and having a consistency of not more than 10% is conducted towards the paper machine's headbox (5). Prior to the introduction (14) of said additional agent the consistency of the pulp is increased to a value higher than 10% by removing (8) process liquid and conducting (11) it in the upstream direction, while compensating process liquid is introduced (13) downstream. The present invention also relates to an arrangement at a paper machine, where separating means (8) are arranged in the process direction before means (14) for introducing additional agent (s).

Abstract: The invention presents a pulp concentration adjusting method and its device for realizing a used paper recycling apparatus being installed in a room of a small shop or the like, friendly to the environment, low in running cost, and capable of maintaining a high confidentiality. The pulp concentration adjusting section is characterized by dividing a specified portion from the whole volume of used paper pulp manufactured in pulp making section in preceding process, adding water for adjusting concentration to the divided portion of used paper pulp, and adjusting the total volume of the divided portion of used paper pulp and water to a specified value, thereby preparing a pulp suspension of specified concentration. In this manner, by adjusting the concentration of used paper pulp in dividing portions (small portions), the water consumption can be saved substantially and the apparatus size is reduced, while enhancing the processing capacity.
