Abstract: A fill level measuring device for measuring a fill level of a container including a fill level measuring circuit that measures a filling level of a container, at least one transmitter/receiver that communicates with data processing circuitry, at least one fastener that fastens the fill level measuring device to a surface of the container, at least one monitoring circuit that monitors a fastening of the fill level measuring device to the container by the at least one fastener, the monitoring circuit further transmits an alarm message to the data processing circuitry via the transmitter/receiver when the monitoring circuit detects a loosening of the fastening of the fill level measuring device from the container.

Abstract: A holding structure for holding a plurality of containers for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic purposes includes a carrier having openings or receptacles for accommodating the containers. Holding devices for holding the containers are provided at the openings or receptacles. The holding devices can selectively assume two different stable positions, namely a first stable position in which the containers can be inserted without friction into the openings or receptacles and a second stable position in which the containers are held in the respective opening or receptacle by frictional engagement or by positive locking. The containers can be reliably inserted into the openings or receptacles without material abrasion. In the open insertion position of the holding devices, a large number of containers can be inserted concurrently into the openings or receptacles without high forces acting on the holding structure.

Abstract: A case for storing drivable components or tool accessories may include a first half shell configured to retain drivable components or tool accessories, a second half shell, a hinge and an arm member. The hinge may operably couple the first half shell to the second half shell to enable the first and second half shells to pivot about an axis of the hinge to transition the case between an opened state and a closed state. The arm member may extend away from a portion of only one of the first or second half shell to form a case attachment loop. The case attachment loop may be disposed to enable the transition between the opened and closed states while a suspending device is passed through the case attachment loop.

Abstract: A packaging container having a top side, a bottom side extending parallel to the top side, and at least one side wall extending between the top side and the bottom side. The top side can have at least one protrusion, and the opposite side extending parallel can have at least one recess, into which a protrusion of a packaging container, for example, an identically shaped packing container, can be inserted. Such a packaging container can be produced in an economical and environmentally friendly manner, for example, by having holes punched in the top side and in the bottom side, and the protrusions and recesses attached in inserts, which are inserted into the packaging container.

The feedback signal may be indicative of material level, belt slippage, flow rate, belt angle and/or material rollback.

In particular, the invention relates to various gift card holders that hold a gift card and enhance the presentation and gift giving experience for recipients and gift givers alike. The holders and packing also permit a gift card disposed therein to be visible, scanned, accessed, or otherwise activated without removing the gift card from the holder.

Abstract: A packaging container for a multimedia storage carrier includes a panel portion and a peripheral side portion. The panel portion is arranged in the peripheral side portion in a sunken manner, and an inner cavity for accommodating the multimedia storage carrier is defined by the panel portion and an inner wall of the peripheral side portion. An inner edge of the peripheral side portion is provided with a snap portion and a snap groove portion opposite to the snap portion. The snap portion and the snap groove portion are configured to fix the multimedia storage carrier in the inner cavity. The snap portion is provided with a support member that abuts against a bottom surface of the multimedia storage carrier, and the support member is configured to support the multimedia storage carrier.

A hook is coupled with the rack to engage a notch in the cartridge and retain the cartridge within the rack slot. A gripper for retrieving the cartridge includes a ramped surface to engage the hook and laterally displace the hook from the cartridge notch as the hook travels along the ramped surface. The gripper engages the notch from which the hook has been displaced and pulls the cartridge from the slot.

The process may include allowing activation of the product only when an indicator at a server indicates the package was processed at an authorized terminal.

Abstract: A novel packaging for flat media having substantially square panels wherein at least one of the panels is adapted to form a compartment for storing a phonographic record, an audiovisual record or any flat media. The arrangement of the square panels enables the package to be folded in a compact, flat configuration for ease of storage and shipping. When erected, the package forms a cube that could be used as additional storage. The cube may be erected with either of the sides of the panels visible so as to afford greater opportunity for display.

Abstract: Protective mailer capable of being processed by postal processing equipment without causing damage to the article held by the mailer. The pocket holding the article inside the mailer is offset relative to one edge, when folded, by a distance sufficient to prevent damage when the mailer is oriented and processed. The mailer may include a resizing flap that, when unfolded and deployed, changes the dimensions of the mailer so that the mailer is processed by the postal processing equipment as a non-letter or flat mailpiece.

Abstract: The present invention provides for automation of the process of ensuring that the contents of the return mailed digital media, comprising a disc enclosed in a sleeve, is correct for redistribution. A camera on a sorting machine is used to scan a first code on a hub of the disc through a sleeve opening. The camera also scans a second code printed on the sleeve. The sorter computer compares the first and second codes to determine whether the first and second codes correspond. If the first and second codes do not correspond, the sorter outsorts the mailed digital media so that the mismatch problem can be corrected. In a further embodiment, the system detects whether there are more or less than a single disk in the mail package. In the preferred embodiment, the mailed digital media is further composed of an envelope that receives and encloses the sleeve.

A retaining well is formed in the back side of the plate and is dimensionally formed for receiving the disc or other article. At least one engagement clip is integrally formed within the plate and positioned on a periphery of the retaining well. The clip includes a resilient hook portion for surrounding an edge of a disk or article that is received in the retaining well. The hook applies a resilient retaining force on the disk or article in the direction of the back side of the plate such that the hook positions the disk or article in frictional contact with the back side of the plate.

Abstract: A greeting card display system features a greeting card with a card first panel and a card second panel pivotally attached. A first crease divides a card front surface from a card back surface and a card first inside surface from a card second inside surface. The system features a protective sleeve with a sleeve first panel and a sleeve second panel. The protective sleeve features a sleeve cavity with a single sleeve opening adapted for insertion of the greeting card. The sleeve first panel is pivotally located on the sleeve second panel via a sleeve first outside crease that divides the front surface from the back surface and a sleeve first inside crease that divides the first inside surface from the second inside surface.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for storing a disc, such as a CD or DVD. A disc storage case includes a housing having a top wall coupled to a bottom wall with a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall, and a fourth side wall. The top wall, the bottom wall, and the four side walls define an enclosure. The case also includes an opening in the fourth side wall for access to the enclosure and is adapted to receive a disc. The case also includes a first member adjacent the first side wall and a second member adjacent the third side wall. The first member and the second member are adapted to cooperate to receive and secure the disc within the enclosure.

Abstract: A security assembly is configured for attachment to a hole saw having a cap defining a central mounting aperture. The security assembly includes a substantially cylindrical base portion having a central axis. A handle portion is coupled to the cylindrical base portion and defines a tag cavity for housing a security tag. An extension member extends opposite the handle portion from the base portion along the central axis. The extension member engages the central mounting aperture of the hole saw.

Abstract: A disk storage system for disks having a central opening includes a set of hingedly connectable disk trays, a pair of axle members for attachment to one of the trays on an axle axis thereof, and a storage container having hinge pedestals for engagement by the axle members. Hinged connections between adjacent trays is by tabs that are pivotable on respective hinge axes of the different trays, the tabs being engagable with respective tab cavities of adjacent trays.

The interconnectable, portable container-system includes a box, with a top, bottom, back and two sides. Abstract: An electronic media storage apparatus includes a lower housing having a floor, opposed side walls and a rear wall. A front wall is movable between open and closed configurations. The apparatus includes a cover having a top portion and opposed first and second sides extending downwardly therefrom. The lower housing side walls, lower housing rear wall, and the front wall collectively define a continuous lip at an upper end of the lower housing and an upper end of the front wall when the front wall is at the closed configuration. The cover is removably coupled to the lower housing and the front wall. When the front wall is at the closed configuration and the cover is coupled to the lower housing and front wall, a hermetic cavity is formed between the lower housing, the front wall, and the cover; the cavity being sized to receive an electronic media item.

Abstract: Apparatus for releasing a magnetic security device used to inhibit unauthorised access to and/or unauthorised removal of an article. The apparatus has a first portion (1) for locating an article in a first direction (D1) and a second portion (2) for locating an article in a second direction (D2) perpendicular to the first direction (D1), so providing an L-shaped slot or receptacle capable of receiving articles of a wide range of shapes and sizes having a security device installed adjacent two substantially perpendicular sides thereof.
