  • Patent number: 10315240
Abstract: The punching processing method of the present invention is a punching processing method in which a metallic sheet material 1a is sequentially subjected to multiple punching processing steps by a punch and a die, comprising, in first step punching processing, forming a first step punched surface 2 on the sheet material 1a, and then in second step punching processing, forming a second step punched surface 3 on the sheet material 1a by punching the sheet material 1a such that the second step punched surface 3 and the first step punched surface 2 are crossed with each other, thereby forming matching portions 5 at positions where the first step punched surface 2 and the second step punched surface 3 intersect, wherein after the first step punching processing and before the second step punching process, the method further comprises subjecting the sheet material 1a to swaging processing that sandwiches and crushes matching portion forming portions 5a of the sheet material 1a, which will form the matching portions 5,

  • Patent number: 8936189
Abstract: An apparatus for punching holes is provided. The apparatus may include a base movable from a first position to a second position and first and second punch assemblies attached to and movable with the base. The punch assemblies may each include parallel punches movable relative to the base and having an end. The apparatus may include first and second cams fixed to a rotatable shaft and having an engagement portion for engagement with the ends of the respective punches at a predetermined rotation position of the shaft. When the base is in the first position, rotation of the shaft to the predetermined rotation position may cause movement of only one of the punches relative to the base. When the base is in the second position, rotation of the shaft to the predetermined rotation position may cause movement of only the other punch of the punch assemblies.

Abstract: A paper puncher includes a driving shaft, an upper cutter, a lower cutter, a control panel and a paper limiter. Both the upper cuter and the lower cutter are linked to the driving shaft and both comprise a pin thereat. The control panel comprises a trough corresponding to the pins of the cutters. The control panel comprises a post, and the paper limiter comprises a guide slot corresponding to the post. The trough comprises a vertical slot and a horizontal slot interconnected with each other. By sliding the control panel, the vertical slot of the trough allows either the pin of the upper cutter or the pin of the lower cutter to slide therein, and the post of the control panel slides in the guide slot to confine the movement of the paper limiter.

  • Patent number: 7086582
Abstract: A sequential punch press includes an upper die (10), a lower die (90), and an adjusting device (60) in the upper die. The upper die sequentially includes a punch set (20), a punch pad (30), a punch holder (40), and a stripper (50). A punch (70) is vertically and movably secured in the punch holder and received in the stripper. The adjusting device includes first and second sliding plates (64, 66) respectively having protrusions (65b, 67b), a piston cylinder (68) having a piston rod (682) fixedly connected with the first sliding plate, and a programmable controller for causing the piston rod to slidingly move the first sliding plate. When the first protrusions opposingly abut the second protrusions, the punch can extend beyond the stripper to punch a workpiece. When the first protrusions do not opposingly abut the second protrusions, the punch cannot extend beyond the stripper to punch the workpiece.
