Tuned Or Resonant Circuit Patents (Class 388/922)
  • Patent number: 11896799
Abstract: Infusion devices, systems, and methods can for detecting a presence or an absence of an infusion cartridge in an infusion pump. Embodiments may include a loading sequence, recording loading pulse width modulation (PWM) commands applied to an infusion pump motor during the loading sequence, setting a value of threshold PWM commands based on the loading PWM commands applied during the loading sequence and comparing values of operational PWM commands applied during pumping operations to the value of the threshold PWM commands. If the values of the operational PWM commands drops below the value of the threshold PWM commands by a predetermined amount, a missing infusion cartridge warning may be generated.

  • Patent number: 8022653
Abstract: Disclosed is a circuit arrangement for electrically controlling and/or regulating the movement of an electrically driven unit (2), especially a window lifter or sliding roof of a motor vehicle, and to a method for operating said circuit arrangement. According to the invention, a jamming protection System is characterized in that a correlation variable (K) for the adjusting force of the unit (2) is measured and the adjusting movement is stopped or reversed in order to prevent jamming if the correlation variable (K) for the adjusting force exceeds a threshold value that corresponding to a predetermined jamming force. A filter (140) is used for temporally filtering the correlation variable (K) for the adjusting force of the unit. The invention is characterized in that the filter parameters (142, 143), especially the cutoff frequency (fg) and/or the order of the filter (140), can be controlled.

  • Patent number: 6781332
Abstract: An on-vehicle rotary electric apparatus, such as an on-vehicle generator, is provided. The apparatus comprises a stator having multi-phase windings, a rotor driven to rotate by either an on-vehicle motor or the running drive shaft of a vehicle, and a driving member for driving the field winding. The rotor has a field winding producing a magnetic field. The driving member drives the field winding by supplying the exciting current thereto and changing the exciting current so that the magnetic field rotates differently in a rotation speed from the rotor. Specifically, the driving member comprises a short-circuit winding wound around part of magnetic poles of the rotor and a current-supply unit for supplying, as the exciting current, a single-phase alternating current to the field winding. The short-circuit winding produces a magnetic field delayed in phase by 90 degrees compared to the magnetic field produced by the rotor.

  • Patent number: 5138286
Abstract: A method and the device for voltage frequency transformation produce a fast, highly accurate voltage frequency transformer which has a wide frequency range. This method and device can be implemented with simple means. The discontinuous output signal of an integrating voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) is transformed back into a constant voltage via a frequency divider. Then the result is compared with the input voltage (U.sub.E), and the result of the comparison is used to regulate the integrating, voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO).
