Abstract: The present invention is a shredder-granulator comprised of a plurality of rotary shear blades and a plurality of stationary bed knives fixedly attached to two counter-rotating shafts. The stationary bed knives are also secured to a frame. The shredder-granulator is capable of shredding and granulating materials in a single pass.
Abstract: A rod cutter and method of measuring rod length and then cutting, and including two telescoping handles operable with only longitudinal force on the handles. The cutting precision is effective by a gauge that aligns with the cutting line on the rod and then positions the rod in the cutter according to that alignment. Storage for the gauge is provided on the cutter.

For example, such tools are described in ISO/IEC 13250:2000 and more recently extended into XML format in XTM specifications. W3C® standards, such as DAML+OIL and topic map standards as well as functionally similar standards may also be utilized.

Abstract: The present invention is a plank precision spacing device comprised of a sheet component and a pluralty of clamp components with a flattened upper surface perpendicular to the sheet component, and a gripping component and protuberances which engage siding planks. The clamp component further includes a lip which is angled outward. The plank precision spacing device eliminates the need to measure and chalk a line for each siding plank, reducing installation time and labor costs.

Abstract: The purpose of the device is to minimize drag and turbulence otherwise occurring at the rear of a semi trailer, in order to reduced the consumption of fuel by a semi tractor. This is accomplished using directionally flexible sheets of composite material, which create contours that taper towards a terminating edge to form a teardrop shape, as established by panels attached to the top and bottom of either door. Along the trailing edge of the main body, another vertical panel known as a wake separator maintains separation between confliction columns of air. An additional wake separator attached to the bottom of the device performs a similar function, and will facilitate collapse in the event of a collision.
Abstract: The present invention is an integrated housing mounting system for mounting ornamentation to buildings. Mount components are attached to a building in place of J-channel, J molding, drip edge, gutter apron or siding. Rail components are assembled to the desired length using connector components and lights or signage are attached to a rail component using hooks. A guide member is placed at each end of the assembled rail and the rail is guided through an opening in the mount component securing the lights or signage to the building. The rail components are then guided through an opening in the mount component.
Abstract: The present invention is a portable lighting system comprised of a light head with visible white light and infrared light sources mounted on the center post of a quadpod. The quadpod has four adjustable, telescoping legs which are affixed to the center post using a collar mechanism. The collar mechanism allows the quadpod legs to be pivoted to a parallel position for storage. A power unit, which includes a battery, power supply and remote control receiver encased within a weather resistant housing, is located near the opposite end of the center post. A power cable connects the light head and the power unit. The portable lighting system is capable of being operating wirelessly using a handheld remote. The portable lighting system may be constructed from fiberglass, aluminum, a composite material or any other material or combination of materials.
