  • Patent number: 7841111
Abstract: A shooter for a snow remover has a shooter main body configured to be rotatably mounted on an auger housing of a snow remover for ejecting snow collected by an auger of the snow remover. A shooter guide is swingably mounted on a top end of the shooter main body to undergo swinging movement from an initial state thereof so as to allow adjustment of an angle of projection of the snow ejected from the shooter main body. A torsion spring has a single coil and is connected between the shooter main body and the shooter guide for urging the shooter guide to return to the initial state thereof. Vibration-reducing members are inserted into the single coil of the torsion spring so as to be in physical contact with one another and to surround and support an entire inner periphery of the single coil for reducing vibration and deformation in a radial direction of the torsion spring.

  • Patent number: 7833903
Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, a refractory metal film is stacked on a first wiring metal film. An antireflection film is deposited on the refractory metal film. A wiring including the first wiring metal film, the refractory metal film, and the antireflection film is formed, and an interlayer insulating film is formed on the wiring. The interlayer insulating film is etched to form a contact hole so that a surface of the antireflection film corresponds to an uppermost layer of the wiring and an etching by-product is produced on a sidewall of the contact hole. The etching by-product produced on the sidewall of the contact hole is then removed. Thereafter, a portion of the antireflection film located in a bottom portion of the contact hole is removed. A second wiring metal film is then deposited through the contact hole.

  • Patent number: 7832851
Abstract: A planar metal platen opposes an ink jet recording head for ejecting solvent-based ink and is secured through supporting members formed of polyphenylene sulfide containing glass fibers to a metal frame under a state not touching the frame directly. The platen is fixed with a heater for drying ink on a recording medium on the platen quickly. Each supporting member is secured to the frame by means of a bolt penetrating an elongated hole, and a relative position of the supporting member and the platen supported by the member, and the frame and the ink jet recording head supported by the frame, can be adjusted by shifting the position of the bolt in the elongated hole. Consequently, transmission of heat from the heater to the platen is suppressed and good recording is ensured by suppressing partial temperature difference of the platen.

  • Patent number: 7832865
Abstract: A timer function hold mode in which the timer continues the timing function is set in a mydriatic fluorescence mode by operating a timer switch for at least a fixed time, or by simultaneously operating a fluorescence filter switch and the timer switch. If the timer function hold mode is set in the mydriatic fluorescence mode, then the timing of the timer is continued even after the photography mode switches to another photography mode e.g. non-mydriatic or mydriatic color mode. When, on the other hand, the timer function hold mode is not set in the mydriatic fluorescence mode, the timer is caused to be stopped or reset when the mode is switched to the non-mydriatic or mydriatic color mode.

  • Patent number: 7831136
Abstract: An ocular fundus is photographed as an electronic image via photographic stops, and the image of the photographed ocular fundus is recorded in a recording apparatus. The photographic stops are selected by moving a movable stop unit. Alignment observation or monocular photography is performed when a center photographic stop is selected. Left and right images for stereoscopic viewing are acquired when left and right photographic stops are selected. The acquired ocular fundus images are recorded in association with the position of the photographic stop used when the images were acquired. Therefore, the left image can be displayed on the left side of the monitor and the right image can be displayed on the right side by referring to the information of the photographic stop position when the left and right images for stereoscopic viewing are displayed on the monitor. This makes reliable stereoscopic viewing of the ocular fundus possible.

  • Patent number: 7821188
Abstract: To provide a lighting device capable of a substantial color adjustment and unlimited control of spectral components, a lighting device of the present invention puts a first transparent plate in which a phosphor layer dispersed with a first phosphor is formed in places and a second transparent plate in which a phosphor layer dispersed with a second phosphor is formed in places in a path of light from a light source, and stacks the first transparent plate and the second transparent plate on top of each other. The second phosphor differs from the first phosphor. How much in terms of area the phosphor layers overlap with each other is made variable, and the color tone of the lighting device can thus be controlled. The lighting device uses a blue light source as its light source, a green phosphor as the first phosphor, and a red phosphor as the second phosphor.
