Abstract: There is an exercising device, and a method of use, configured to perform upper body and abdominal type exercise. The exercise device includes a pad member configured to support a forearm of a user. The exercise device also includes a handle extending from a top surface of the pad member about a front end of the pad member and configured to provide a grip for a hand. In addition, the exercise device includes a selectably coupleable attachment member coupled to a bottom surface of the pad member and configured to alter a movement characteristic of the device when in operation. The selectably coupleable attachment member includes a plurality of wheels. The exercise device further includes a tongue and groove attachment member configured to selectably couple the attachment member to the pad member.

Abstract: A non-volatile random access memory device. The non-volatile random access memory device may include a magnetic bit, a write/sense, and a read pulse module. The read pulse module may be configured to send a read pulse signal to the magnetic bit. In addition, a write module may be in communication with the write/sense coil and may be configured to thereby change the magnetic bit between a first magnetic polarity state and a second magnetic polarity state. A read module may be in communication with the write/sense coil and may be configured to detect a first characteristic of the write/sense coil when a read pulse signal is delivered to the magnetic bit in the first magnetic polarity state and to detect a second characteristic of the write/sense coil when a read pulse signal is delivered to the magnetic bit in the second magnetic polarity state.

Abstract: This invention includes a cleaning composition, the method of use of the cleaning composition, and a new use of a composition. The composition includes an oxidizing agent with a reduction potential of greater than about 0.1 E°(V) at 25° C., and is devoid of an oxidizing agent with a reduction potential of greater than about 1.5 E°(V) at 25° C. The oxidizing agent may be a salt of a nitrate or nitrite. The method includes applying the composition to a textile and working the composition. The composition may be effective in cleaning urine odors from textiles. The composition may remove odors from textiles without bleaching or discoloring the textile, even if the textile includes natural fibers such as wool.

Abstract: An anti-theft battery switchbox system, comprising: an ignition coil; a cutoff switch electrically connected to the ignition coil; a battery in electrical communication with the cutoff switch; and the cutoff switch selectively electrically couples the battery to the ignition coil. A remote control module in wireless communication with the cutoff switch controls the cutoff switch between an on mode and an off mode. The remote control module includes an actuator configured to permit a user to change between on/off modes. In addition, the actuator is not actuatable by a single linear impulse. The wireless communication between the remote control module and the cutoff switch comprises a unique signal feature. The unique signal feature includes a signal feature from the group of signal features consisting of frequency, amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, and signal key. The unique signal feature comprises a unique frequency and wherein the actuator comprises a knob.

Abstract: A hitch assistance system including a tow ball position indicator; wherein the tow ball position indicator includes a base member having a gripping member, a bias member, and an extension member. The tow ball position indicator also includes a telescoping staff coupled to the extension member and an indicating member. The system includes a hitch position indicator configured to facilitate knowing a position of a hitch, wherein the hitch position indicator includes a base member configured to couple to a hitch. The base member includes a coupling member, a flared extension extending upwardly and outwardly, and a bias member, wherein the bias member is configured to bias the arms against contraction such that the flared extensions of the coupling member is disposed within an interior of a hitch and thereby couple thereto. The base member includes an extension member, a telescoping staff, and an indicator includes an indicating member.

Abstract: A cooling system for cooling a structure. There is a refrigeration cooling unit; a duct system of the refrigeration cooling unit; an evaporative cooling unit in fluid communication with the attic, and in thermal communication with the duct system; and an exhaust fan providing fluid communication between the attic and an exterior of the structure. The cooling system includes a smoke detector, such that activation of the smoke detector deactivates the evaporative cooling unit. The exhaust fan and the evaporative cooling unit are in logical communication such that activation of the evaporative cooling unit activates the exhaust fan. The exhaust fan is adjacent the duct system. The evaporative cooling unit includes a thermostat in thermal communication with the attic and in control of the evaporative cooling unit according to a threshold temperature of the attic.

Abstract: A currency examining system for detecting counterfeit currency. There is a magnifying device, substantially above the bill of currency being examined, configured to magnify the image of the currency; a transparent support member, substantially below the magnifying device, whereupon currency for examination may be placed; and a light unit, substantially below the transparent support member, configured to illuminate so as to show light through the transparent support member. Additionally there is a security mark index display, being configured to provide indicia of various security marks for determining authenticity of a bill of currency. The currency examining system also includes an adjustable frame member; a reflective member configured to reflect and direct light from the light unit generally towards the bill of currency being examined; and a control device in communication with the light unit, configured to control the intensity of light emitted from the light unit.

Abstract: A device, system, and method for holding reinforcing bars in fixed positions. A reinforcing bar securing device comprises a base and a securing means for securing the reinforcing bar to the base, which is configured to engage at least one rib of the reinforcing bar. The securing means may include a flange, a hinged member, or a flexible member, such as plastic, for example, configured to allow the reinforcing bar to enter the securing means in one direction and engage at least one rib on the reinforcing bar to prevent the reinforcing bar from withdrawing from the securing means. The flanges are configured to bend to press against the reinforcing bar as the ribs contact the flanges and as the reinforcing bar moves relative to the securing device as the reinforcing bar enters the surface. A system of the present invention is also presented for holding reinforcing bars in fixed positions.

Abstract: A position responsive switch. A position responsive switch comprises of a two chamber housing having a first and a second chamber. An aperture is disposed between the two chambers. A first lead wire and a second lead wire extend through the second chamber. A first and second set of contact members are coupled to the first lead wire and second lead wire. A conductive object is disposed within the two chamber housing. The conductive object is disposed in the second chamber and couples a contact member from the first set and second set together to form an electrical communication therewith. The first set of contact members and the second set of contact members are splayed upon and substantially conforming to the contour of an interior surface of the second chamber; and alternate in configuration around the chamber. An airtight container is configured to enclose the two chamber housing.

There is: a first flexible planar member, second flexible planar member; a first compressible padding material; a second compressible padding material; an array of elongated texture devices disposed in a layer above the top surface of the first flexible planar member, each including: a plurality of elongated texture members, an elongated base member and a plurality of flexible strips; and two pairs of fastening mechanisms. The second flexible planar member is coupled to the first flexible planar member at a plurality of edges. The first compressible padding material supports a user. The second compressible padding material generates an audible sound when compressed. The base member extends along the first flexible planar member. The elongated texture devices provide density and thickness to a top surface of the first flexible planar member. The fastening mechanisms secure the planar members in a folded mode.

Abstract: An electrical epidermal stimulation device for treating skin ailments having a power supply configured to provide power to the electrical epidermal stimulator, a first and second electrode configured to provide an electrical stimulus to an area of application, a wake up module configured to wake up a control module when a current flows from the first electrode to the second electrode, a voltage step generator module configured to generate a voltage, and an output drive module configured to control a direction of the voltage step to the first and second electrodes. In one embodiment, the electrical epidermal stimulation device comprises an indicator module for notifying a user that the device is functioning. In another embodiment, the voltage step generator module provides a voltage that increases and decreases in predetermined amounts to create a voltage step. In another embodiment, the direction of voltage application switches between the first and second electrodes.

An embodiment of the present invention includes: three V-shaped members, six arm members; two support members; a U-shaped member; a flexible chevron plug removably inserted into a chevron hole formed between the U-shaped member and one of the V-shaped members; and a flexible strap removably coupleable to four of the six arm members via a plurality of buttons.

Abstract: A method of improving the tonal characteristics of a woodwind instrument. The method includes identifying a position on the woodwind instrument, wherein placement of a tonal material thereto causes a lowering of overtone amplitude during play, by observing overtone characteristics during play; positioning the tonal material to the woodwind instrument; measuring the overtone amplitude; playing the woodwind instrument; and repositioning the tonal material to optimal overtone amplitude position; and attaching the tonal material to the woodwind instrument, at the optimal overtone amplitude position.

Abstract: There is a neck ornament and/or neck ornament attachment having properties which tend to resist improper displacement of the neck ornament while in operation and/or which tend to induce proper displacement of the neck ornament while in operation. There may be a circumscribing element, encompassing the neck; a coupling device, for coupling end portions of the circumscribing element; and an anchoring device. The anchoring device may be coupled to a posterior portion of the circumscribing element, extending therefrom, and may be configured to anchor proper disposition of the neck ornament, without the use of an adhesive. There may be a neck ornament attachment including an anchoring device which may be configured to attach to a coupling device of a neck ornament.
